Night manager locks restrooms, yells at customers to go home. Chairs have been removed. Takes a half hour to get a hoagie. Was once a nice late night stop. Needs an attentive GM that can hire, train and evaluate shift managers. As customers, we understand that providing night service is difficult, but our expectation is that WaWa can restore its culture of success.

I was highly satisfied with my Wawa experience thanks to the supervisor KAMAL.on duty. They were very professional, attentive, and made sure everything was running smoothly during my visit. The supervisor took the time to check on customers, support the team, and ensure my order was correct. Their leadership and positive attitude truly made a difference and created a great overall experience.

The night staff just put whatever they want in the bags when preparing DoorDash orders, they have done this to me multiple times now and its actually very frustrating.. someone needs to fix this issue

Wawa located in middle of Vienna. Very busy. Well stocked with to go items and sandwich counter. Good parking considering Vienna location. Busy but very practical.

I ordered 4 turkey bowls on thanksgiving to take back to the hospital for my wife and family for our newborn thanksgiving baby. The order sat on the shelf for maybe only 10minutes as I drove to the store. I got there and turns out someone stole it. The associates at wawa were very helpful and kind to remake the order very quickly and I was on my way. If i could give more than 5 stars, I would. Happy thanksgiving

I want to give a big shout-out to Kamal the supervisor, who works the night shift at this Wawa. Every time I stop by late, he’s always incredibly friendly, patient, and on top of everything. Even during the busiest or quietest hours, the store is very clean, the orders are quick and kamal treats every customer with real respect.
It’s honestly rare to find someone who brings that much positivity during night hours. He always makes my late-night visits smoother and more pleasant. Wawa is lucky to have someone like him on their team.
