This Wendy's was fine for a while, but went downhill in the last month. There were multiple things wrong with our last two orders: missing condiments for the nuggets, no straws, cold fries, etc. I ordered two sodas for mobile pickup and when I got to the drive-thru, I asked if I could have them without ice since their app does not allow you to select this. I was told that the drinks were already made with ice and it was clear the employee had no intention of fixing it.I don't...read full review

I had never had their Biggie specials. I have to admit there were a lot of choices. The price of Biggie $6.54 for a double stack! (O.k. it was a slider size burger) 4 nuggets, small fries and a soda was pretty decent. But what I realized when I was there waiting for my food was their selection of awesome looking salads. Haven't tried them but I shall. Looked very fresh and at a great price.

Just left the drive thru and requested fresh fries for my order. I made the request while at the speaker (politely) and while at the window (politely). Instead, the fries were not fresh and were re-fried in the grease.Update : After speaking with a manager , he was apologetic for the mishap. I appreciate his customer service.
