I went Wendy’s this location thrice had terrible experiences . They always mess up the order Like if ask for nuggets 4count they will bag 7 and charge me for 8count .This happened thrice bcoz of kid we never return the order back . I don’t know why it’s so hard to get an order correct.They even serve cold old batch nuggets and fries .This kind of over cleverance should be reported.

Your customer service skills are very necessary. When a customer comes inside to pickup a mobile order someone should be at the counter to assist them.The customer shouldn’t have to wait 6 minutes for you to walk up nonchalantly as if you aren’t working.If I have to wait even 2 minutes at your counter again I will take pictures and post them online. Respectfully

I always go here after work and the food is always hot and ready with a smile! Yes, inside is messy sometimes with unclean tables, but it’s a Wendy’s. Sometimes the fries are not salted enough and that’s my only complaint, but no big deal. I just order a salt packet, but it would be better if they salted their fries more. The chicken nuggets are wonderful though!

I use to work here and let me be honest. If you order a batch of unsalted fries, they will use the same exact batch from the warmer and put it in the fryer. The manager, Maria, is a total loss. She assaulted me in front of a group of customers for a small mistake I made. Arash, he has insulted me in front of a delivery driver—waiting to pick-up. This Wendy’s is super unprofessional and I’m not surprised knowing they have new workers 24/7.

Went through the drive-thru on Tuesday October 17 at around 1pm. Had a free burger that I went to redeem my points for. So I ordered my baconator. Drive-thru employee was rude. Not friendly at all. Just handed me the bag and looked at me like he was disgusted with me. Whatever. It's a Wendy's so I don't expect much. There was barely any bacon on it. I ate it. Everything seemed fine. This morning I began to feel sick. All day long I've been in the bathroom. So somebody please tell these employees to wash their hands. Nobody wants to get sick from eating food.

I've ordered from this Wendy's location 3 times in the last two weeks, and all three meals have been at least a 9/10 from a fast foot expectation standpoint. I enjoyed my most recent Wendy's meal just last night, and ordered from the drive thru at around 7:30 pm. Gloria, the employee who took/completed my order, was professional, speedy, and incredibly kind! Good restaurants are good largely BECAUSE they hire good people, and Gloria is good people!
I strolled in right about 12pm noon and I had my mind set on the $5 Biggie Bag combo meal. They offer three different options in terms of protein with the combo which are the double stack burger, the junior bacon cheeseburger, or the crispy chicken. I have always gone for the double stack burger, and this time was no different. The e combo also includes a small fries, 4 piece chicken nuggets, and small fountain drink. The e fries were the usual but somewhat cold today. The chicken nuggets went quick especially with the barbeque sauce. The double stack burger was about average. The employee who took my order was attentive and friendly. The inside of the dining room wasn't clean however, and the employee who was attending to the dining room was talking on her cell phone at the same time. The thing that I like best about this restaurant is the self serve fountain drink dispenser which has at least fifty flavors of soda!
