Yama is my go to sushi spot in Vienna. The sashimi is very fresh and they have the niche non sushi items (cold soba) that not every sushi restaurant has on the menu. I always have a good meal at Yama.
Have been going here for 20+ years. The owner and staff take such great care of you, the food has been so consistently good for a long time. A NoVa staple that my family and I have enjoyed for a long time :)
I've tried all the sushi restaurants in Vienna, and Sushi Yama is hands down the best. The fish is always fresh, the service is friendly and efficient, and the quality is consistently excellent. They have a great variety on the menu, and everything is prepared with care. My go-to spot—highly recommend!
