While sitting at a booth just starting to eat, a wet ceiling tile came down and hit my friend in the head and shoulder. Things happen. But their response to what happened was appalling. No one checked on him. An older employee came to sweep up the mess and another employee came out to take pictures. I asked to speak to the manager and she never came out. After asking for the manager the third time, I saw her at the counter with the girl who took pictures just staring at us but when I approached her, they both walked in the back of the kitchen never to be seen. I called the owner. No response. The one who took pictures came out after about 15 min to asked if my friend had to go to the hospital. Very very poor response. Won’t be returning.

Came inside to eat with my special needs nephew. The supervisor was Christain Justo. He was very rude. I told him my nephew loves ranch and that i needed an extra 1, so i get up to were i pick up my food and there is only 1 ranch. So i ask for 1 more and he says 28 cents. I had already paid with my card so he wants me to use my card for 28 cents. Come on now, that is ridiculous!!!

I have been to this restaurant more times than I can count over the years and I can probably count on one hand the amount of times the chicken was actually ready when I ordered. I always, ALWAYS have to wait for them to cook something. Not everyone has 20 minutes to wait on a fast food restaurant to have food ready. I've never seen anything like it. I gotten to where I just leave when they tell me there's going to be a wait.

Tonight pulled into Bojangles and parked. A guy and his son walked into the lobby just before us, and as we approached the door right behind them the employee step out and locked the door right in front of us and just ignored me. We could have went through the drive thru, but the employee was just rude. So we left and went across street to Kentucky fried chicken.

Got the family meal at the Bojangles in Vinton VA. Was highly upset the chicken was old you could tell it had sit fir a while Paid 42.00 for this meal and the worker told me I would have to pay for dipping sauce. That's just insane after as much money as I paid for that meal.

Ordered a two piece breast and wing meal with one side. I did Not get my side and I requested the peach honey pepper sauce for my chicken. I did Not get that either. This is not the first time it's happened. It needs to be addressed for sure. Money is taken for a product you expect to receive it!!
The food was not as good as last year. Maybe it will change back to better quality. Best biscuits around at one time.

I was there around 330pm to order 3 chicken tenders with no biscuit. it is the same price with or without a biscuit. you would think for almost 8 dollars ($7.69) they would give decent pieces one of the three tenders was scrawny. that is truly pathetic!!

This is the worst bojangles I have ever been to. I warn everyone I know not to go here. Just gives you the wrong food, wrong drinks, and just doesn't listen. Also I guess the seasoning for fries is optional or cost extra or something.
