Got the family meal at the Bojangles in Vinton VA. Was highly upset the chicken was old you could tell it had sit fir a while Paid 42.00 for this meal and the worker told me I would have to pay for dipping sauce. That's just insane after as much money as I paid for that meal.

Ordered a two piece breast and wing meal with one side. I did Not get my side and I requested the peach honey pepper sauce for my chicken. I did Not get that either. This is not the first time it's happened. It needs to be addressed for sure. Money is taken for a product you expect to receive it!!

I was there around 330pm to order 3 chicken tenders with no biscuit. it is the same price with or without a biscuit. you would think for almost 8 dollars ($7.69) they would give decent pieces one of the three tenders was scrawny. that is truly pathetic!!

This is the worst bojangles I have ever been to. I warn everyone I know not to go here. Just gives you the wrong food, wrong drinks, and just doesn't listen. Also I guess the seasoning for fries is optional or cost extra or something.

I was this Bojangles at 4:30 pm 4/18/25 . When I tried to order the girl told me to wait because she was texting on her phone. She could not understand English much at all .

Don't know how the food is the lazy ass kids inside love the door 20min earlier then yelled out the window to go thru the drive thru I guess they didn't see the giant trailer on the back. Go down the street to chick fil a those kids were great

I recently ate at this location and was so impressed by the freshness of the food, the service from employees and the cleanliness of the dining room. I don't often eat at Bojangles, or fast food in general, mainly because increasing prices don't often match the service or quality of food, but this was an exception, and I'll gladly be back. Great job, Vinton Bojangles!

Got refunded but bless I did have to pay for for my tea. ( guess customer service is great for you $2.00) Today I ordered in line an asked politely 6 times for a 3 piece Wing meal(because she was not wanting to listen) just plain 6 piece Wing meal. Payed.. said thank you. I’ll be dang I got a tender meal. Gooo inside and just smiling ask for a refund..of course todays time you ask for a refund they don’t understand. A thank you but no apology. Any who thank you for my refund… but OF COURSE I PAID FOR MY OWN TEA ONCE AGAIN LOL Lord… GLAD you made another $2.00 today off me. But most importantly your policy I’m guessing of professional sucks. Thank you Sandy Wandland

OK HANDS DOWN I give this store the highest ratting. They are always very polite. FAST, the store is always clean. The food is Great, healthy size biscuits not frozen shrunk biscuits like from McDonald's Frozen Biscuits made in a Factory. Thank You for being great.

Bo’s food is fried golden goodness. This joint is the worst example of Bojangles. They did not have fried chicken ready! Lame communication, or none from language gaps, defines the hideous experience. Not Bo’s fault. Whomever owns this one better get busy. Ironically, the neighboring McDonalds is one of the greatest living franchise examples worldwide.
