My daughter and I were there last Sunday for lunch and experienced great hospitality and customer service - particularly from a young man named Brian who took our order. He even stopped by our table to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. It was a very nice experience. ☺️

The SLOWEST Burger King of all time!! This is NOT fast food. Some changes really need to be made!!! If you come to this Burger King make sure you aren't in a rush and have time to wait 45 mins for your food!!

Stopped in this morning. Got french toast sticks and vanilla iced coffee both tasted perfect and staff was very nice and polite
The wait times are always 20+ minutes regardless of the size of my order. Only to receive the wrong order 90% of the time. Easily the worst BK in roanoke.

Horrible service ordered two plain double cheeseburgers was having to constantly say my order over 7 times waited in the drive thru for 12 minutes to have my order taken with one car in front of me was made fun of because of my speech problem by the girl working drove thru and the manager on duty asked for the district manager and was given a fake number and the cooks are horrible there is supposed to be a cook for front line and drive thru not make the people in the lobby wait for drive thru to bw taken cate of and when they have more than 3 people on staff they mainly just stand around looking at customers like we are stupid

Gary at the drive thru at the BK in Vinton is the best!!!! I always get the best food and service at this BK but I got to tell you Gary is awesome! He also offered me coupon books to buy and I love them! They are for the BK foundation and make great stocking stuffers!!!!!!!

Probably one of the freshest meals I've had from BK in a long time. My in-laws went a few days after my wife and I. They also actually had a decent meal. I'll be returning.
