The place takes forever to deliver food. It should not take over an hour to get a pizza. Vinton is a small area, and they are always slow to get food delivered.

The manager Rob went above and beyond for me and my family when we made a mistake and did delivery on accident! He has excellent customer service! And I’m so appreciative of how kind he was!

I ordered 2 pizzas and they got them mixed up one should of been thin crust pepperoni and the other hand tossed cheese you would think simple well no they sent me a thin crust cheese and hand tossed pepperoni. WOW
Gross, sloppy, wet pizza. Boneless wings were not good.

I always order online and then go pick it up. You save so much money using the 7.99 coupon and this location is always consistent in quality at least in my experience.
Was told my order was ready so I went in to get it only to be told they forgot something and it would be 10 more minutes. And even though I stood there and waited they didn’t seem very concerned to fix the problem in the least. Kept fixing others orders before mine. Turns out they forgot the pizza entirely. Do better.
Literally the best dominos I’ve ever had, we got the Honolulu pizza, garlic bites, and cinnamon twist and all three were absolutely amazing, who ever they had working needs a raise!

The manager on duty, Carl, facilitated a large order and was very helpful. Nice guy. This is a well-run restaurant with the likes of him.
Piss poor delivery service. Always get orders wrong weather it be take out or delivery. Save your money and either get local or something else. Have gave this branch more than enough chances and never gets better. You’re making a pizza that is corporately trained and shown how to make. You have computers that literally tell you what to put on/off. This isn’t difficult.

The new Tik Tok trending pizza is amazing. Pan crust, creamy garlic sauce, shaved beef, bacon, exter cheddar cheese blend. (O added onions and Jalapenos)
