I've stopped here 3 times. I'm just passing through, and every time, my donuts are old and tough. Never fresh. Seems like they were yesterday's.

Yesterday I don't know what those kids were on there was no comprehension I asked for iced coffee they gave me a hot coffee I returned the coffee to get my iced coffee and they repeat it again I asked you for an iced coffee and she goes I don't remember that 😱😭

I’m not sure what the policy is at the store about closing early… but if the door says closed at 8pm, if someone shows up at 7pm the doors shouldn’t be locked and the employees shouldn’t pretend not to hear a paying customer knocking. This has happened to my twice now several months apart. When they finally couldn’t ignore me anymore all they did was signal for me to go back to my car and go through the drive through. So I got back in my car…and drove to Duck Donuts across town.

The phone number goes straight to voicemail with no mailbox setup and the mobile app has been out of blueberry donuts and munchkins. What's going on ? Is there a way to contact dunkin about this inconvenience???

I went here while I was in Vinton to get some Munchkin's. When I pulled up to the drive-thru to place my order. I was greeted with a "your order?". Not a "Can I please take your order?" or "How may I help you"? Just a "your order?". I stated "I would like a box of 25 Munchkins please", and waited for a "what kind/flavor". Nope, all I got was "pull around". I said "I'd like 12 chocolate and 13 blueberry (or vice-versa) please". She said "okay, pull around". No clue what my total was or anything. No "thank you" or nothing. I get to the window, pay the hateful girl and pull off. Once I got home (45 minutes away) I opened my Munchkins for a chocolate donut. Did I have a chocolate donut? Nope. I had a box of glazed donuts. I was so mad I wasted my money here, I threw the donuts away. I contacted Dunkin' via social media and expressed my issue with the Vinton location with them. They said they would notify the store and they would be in touch. It's now been well over a week and nobody has reached out to me. So I contacted Dunkin' on social media again and told them that nobody reached out to me, and this must be the norm for the Vinton location. I definitely won't be returning here and my parents said they won't return either. They usually go once a week but not anymore. Thankfully there's a Krispy Kreme and Duck Donuts not too far away. Avoid the Vinton Dunkin' location as they are very unfriendly, do not care about customer complaints and you probably won't get the right order.

I went to 8 Dunkin's in the Virginia Beach area. NONE had the halloween sprinkle munchkins. We stopped in here on our way to go hike. They had them...thank you we love halloween and who doesn't love sprinkle munchkins. I mean why have a national ad campaign, then not have the product. This dunkin didjobreat job. Staff was so nice and helpful.

They were the perfect after hike treat...well and a beer.

I wanted to praise the team at this location for their fast and prompt service. I used the mobile app to place an order and no where on the app did it say I had to check my email to verify the order. Once I paid I figured it was placed.
Upon arriving at this location the team with panic in their eyes informed me that my order did not go through. After realizing the order had to be confirmed, I ordered everything again with the cashier and my order was ready in under 5 minutes. It was a big order. They worked well together and I’m shocked I didn’t have to wait longer. Excellent teamwork and communication!

Any reviews below saying that the staff is great have got to be fake. You can go by at any time, and the dining room will be closed for no reason during normal business hours, and the only option is to go around to the drive through in the alley which has no lighting, and you can’t even read. Staff is rude. Just shut the place down already

I have tried to be fair with these folks, but previous management had very rude servers and current management can’t make a a Boston cream donut to save their life they are missing most of the icing, barely have cream and are usually stale at the start of the day. These folks also do mostly a drive through business so they also lock their doors during business hours (so door clearly says 6 am and it’s 7:55 and the doors at still locked) which I really hate don’t care if it’s a practicality if you don’t have enough workers to tend to your drive through orders and walk-ins either offer better incentives or simply close your doors as it’s clear your business is very narrowly about to go belly up.
