I do not eat here often but one of my family members eat there everyday for breakfast. So some time I will meet him there. I have not been satisfied at any time but I go there to see my family member. Today I received a cup of orange juice it still had the lip stick imprint on the side of the cup I mean it happens. So I asked for another orange juice and I placed a small piece of the paper from the straw .. inside the cup .. she brought me another class and I began drinking it and I almost choked on the paper . I coughed it up on the table. So that tells me that she gave me the same old dirty orange juice instead of a clean cup with clean orange juice. Since famous Anthony’s has been in the news the last couple of years even though they are different owners I guess I would not want to be on the same list of making people sick.

Famous Anthony's has been a staple around the Roanoke region for years. Food was as expected, the service was great, and the atmosphere was fine, just a bit outdated, which is irrelevant for my dining experience. This is a recommended place to have a sit-down meal by yourself or with the family.

This was the first time in a long time where waitress forgot we were there it took almost 15 minutes before we received a waitress to take our order. The food was fine as always but with the higher prices I would like better service a shoe shine would be preferableWheelchair accessibility: They have ramps and handicap parking but they have no automatic doors
I have never had a manager get as snippy as the one I just dealt with. Maybe the worst meal I have had there and I have had some bad ones. This was the last straw.**************Was contacted by the owners. They were very nice and refunded the meal. Does not change the fact I will most likely never eat there again. The disrespect the manager showed for me not only as a customer but as a parent, cannot be forgotten. I wish them only the best in the future.
