Absolutely great pizza and subs. I highly recommend eating in for the full experience but my takeout was AMAZING!

I cannot give enough praise for the service at this establishment, specifically Jasmine, one of the kindest most patient servers i have come in contact with in many years. Jasmine, keep doing what you doing. You're a rockstar!

Franks Pizza in Vinton...poor customer service Brianna. We ordered a Calzone with pepperoni and cheese only. We received ham and cheese. I had even requedted no ham on mine to add chicken. There is no chicken and tons of ham. Poor poor customer service.
I called to advise them of this and Brianna decided to hang up on the first call. On the second call she advised me it was the door dashers mistake that the canzone was wrong. How is it the door dashers fault?? Did he step behind the counter and make it?? Brianna take some responsibility for poor customer service.Franks Pizza in Vinton...poor customer service Brianna. Food is ALWAYS fantastic. Staff is very nice.

Got just a cheese slice which is nice. Nice crisp. Minimal flop. Good under carriage. Service was great very nice server. Franks is the closest to true NY style ive had here. Most places are either a sloppy floppy mess or 2 inches thick like a casserole and still doughy besides the crust. But in Frank's i trust.

That's pizza and calzone. The crust is amazing. Well worth your money.

Stopped by on the way home from Roanoke. Had two slices. The pizza was fresh and hot. The crust perfect, the cheese high quality.
The dining room was spotless and comfy, and the service excellent. Best place around!

This is our favorite go to. Whether we eat here or take it to go, we are always happy. We love the pizza, steak and cheese subs, baked pastas, side salads, garlic bread and fried mushrooms. All of the staff are kind, and we know them on a first name basis. The atmosphere is so chill/calm. I never ever feel rushed. We go here with family and friends too.
The price is better than the other popular pizza place nearby, and the ingredients are fresh!

Went in on a slow Saturday evening with my family. Service was great and the pizza was good. Plenty of seating available.
