So I placed a pick up order through the app and I get there and apparently they told me someone else came in and picked up my order..... Like did they even check whose picking up or what. I was completely baffled by the whole thing. I asked the manager and he said that he didn't know who checked the order as if he was covering for someone else's mess up on the whole ordeal. Will not be going back

Five employees hanging in the back, no one working the front. 10 customers waiting to place an order and employee said they are focusing on drive thru first, so several customers walked out and went to Bojangles. Eat elsewhere.

Creepy general manager gave me his full address and told me to stop by anytime when I called to make a complaint, very unprofessional and creepy. I notified corporate on my complaint. Since the manager and the general manager did not want to hear what I had to say, because they were all socializing with someone outside and not paying attention to customers that they had. Rude and poor customer care. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Creepy
