I tried to place a $24 call in order to pick up in the Drive-Thru; was told I could not do this, that I had to download the KFC app. and place see my order there. I'm going blind due to hereditary glaucoma and had no one to help me do this. This was not their concern, they only fill App. ordes for pick up. Needless to say, I didn't have chicken for dinner, instead it was peanut butter and jelly and I was able to save $24 plus tax.

So I placed a pick up order through the app and I get there and apparently they told me someone else came in and picked up my order..... Like did they even check whose picking up or what. I was completely baffled by the whole thing. I asked the manager and he said that he didn't know who checked the order as if he was covering for someone else's mess up on the whole ordeal. Will not be going back

Five employees hanging in the back, no one working the front. 10 customers waiting to place an order and employee said they are focusing on drive thru first, so several customers walked out and went to Bojangles. Eat elsewhere.
