The employees are rude for no reason.I ordered Korean BBQ nuggets and Mandy (not even the one taking my order) didn't like the way I said BBQ so she ranted the whole time I was there. I could hear her through the speaker in the back yelling "BBQ? who says BBQ? it's BAR-BE-QUE" and "No one in the world says BBQ..they say barbeque" even when I pulled up to the window. I really don't know why saying the abbreviation BBQ was so upsetting to her, but for whatever reason, she couldn't let it go. I told her through the window to "calm down it's just a damn word" but she just rolled her eyes and walked away. None of the other employees were any better; they just stood around like deer in headlights staring at me like I was the one who started the whole situation. And the one at the window gave me the silent treatment when handing me my bag.The nuggets were fat and chewy, so I went back for a refund. Normally I wouldn't but I felt like being a Karen, so I went back for my refund and to confront Ms. Mandy, but again, she hid in the back and wouldn't come out to speak to me. I reckon she reflected on her outright ridiculous and unnecessary attitude and felt embarrassed. The one who handled my refund said Mandy is the manager....KFC, if that is how your manager acts and represents your establishment, I'd say you need to find a new manager. Maybe a whole new staff as from my experience and plenty of these reviews say they've received bad service at this location.

If you go inside plan on standing around there is never anyone at the registers. Nor do they really pay attention. Then it takes forever to get the food and they are not the most pleasant of people to deal with

My son and I went to this one this evening. He order the 4 piece chicken box with a side of macaroni and cheese. He ate half of his meal when he bit into a piece of chicken that was half cooked. I took it up to the counter after having to yell to get some help. The manager came over rude as hell and showed her the chicken and she went back and gave him another piece of chicken. As she was handing me the chicken she told me I had to give her all the food back in order to get a refund. Keep in mind we were half way done. What am I supposed to do throw up the food I just ate. I went up to the counter to get my refund after my son didn't even want to eat it anymore. They would of thrown it in the trash anyways so why give the food back. All I know is I will NEVER go back to the Vinton KFC again. The manager is a rude.

Don't ever plan on getting chicken pot pies...I ordered 4 and was told only 2 available...they cook 5 at a time...you would think they would have more than 1 oven lol...will never ever go back...unless this supply issue is resolved...I wasnt about to wait 20 minutes for 2 more pies...avoid this place like the plague!!!

If I could give no stars and make this review I would! Mac and cheese straight up had hair in it and my kids ate the shit before I realized! I'm livid, they replaced the Mac and cheese but that's it after all that not even an I'm sorry nothing! The lady I showed it to said it was the cooks hair!

The $20 box is a hit!A great variety at a reasonable price, you really can't go wrong.It's enough there to feed a family of 3-4 on any given night or lunch.
We waited in line for 20 minutes. They had 5 cars pulled over waiting for food. The girl came out and gave our 16pc meal to a car that had just ordered!!.I told another employee about it. She went in,then came out and told us the girl gave ours to the other people and we would have to take half crispy and half of other, I said no we just want our money back. She said we would have to come inside to get it. My husband went in and finally they gave him the money!!

Lobby is locked. We drive a large delivery vehicle and can't go through the drive thru. No signs about the lobby being closed, not updated only as drive thru only.

Manager literally refused to give me what I paid for on my mobile order. Check your cameras. I did not get my stuff and refused a refund. She also refused to give me a number to contact for my money back.
