The guy inside taking our order, Tyrese, went out of his way to make sure our meal was great, like checking out order, bringing it to our table, even though I was at the counter, and picking up our trash for us. Excellent service.

Long John Silver is my go to place when I travel. There are currently none near where I live.My wife and I traveled to Roanoke and on the way out this morning we stopped at the LJS in Vinton. We got the chicken seashare and the chicken was tough and rubbery like it was microwaved. We went through the drive thru as we were headed home. Total disappointment.

I went here and it turned me off of long john silver's. I ordered the 3 PC chicken with 2 sides meal. There was a hair cooked in the breading of a PC of the chicken. Instead of being truly sorry about it or even admit to the wrong: the girl kept walking in the back while talking on the phone. I only got the amount refunded for the cheaper meal on the ticket. I won't be back there.

Im not sure who the gentleman was serviceing the drive thru tonight around 930, but he was so nice! He literally restored my confidence in humanity. Please hire more of him, and please give all of your employees a raise!

I can only get the atmosphere four stars however it is simply not their fault. But it is somewhat drab still sporting the pirate theme, but at the same time, somewhat comforting to somebody at my age. Again covid killed dine-in restaurants and places like Long John Silver's and other fast food places have paid the toll but made up for it in online orders to go. All that being said the last time I went in everybody was joking with each other and laughing and just getting along beautifully and super friendly. At no point did this impact their service. As a matter of fact I believe it helped because when you're working with friends it's much easier than trying to be friends with coworkers. I will continue to give this place my support. Love and light, my friends!
