I have ate at a few Long John Silver's in my time. But the fact is that was the BEST and most DELICIOUS food. The employees were super nice and friendly. I will most definitely go back when I'm in the area.? ?

Nice clean place. Food was good and restroom was clean. Friendly staff. I’ve been craving some LJS for a while, we had some errands to run and I googled the closest LJS and this one popped up. Glad it did. If I’m back in the area definitely a return trip!!!

went into long John silver at 3:00 was greeted by a young man whom greets my husband and I every time he was and is always pleasant. However we asked if would go to a shrimp bowl with rice and salmon . WE PAID 26.00 for 4 shrimp my husband said he would’ve just got the shrimp bowl . If we order seafood we would prefer to get more seafood than hush puppies as shown in the photo . I was displeased with my chicken platter because it was more crumbs than chicken customer service is good everything else needs work . Normally very clean wasn’t .

Fish and fries were very greasy coleslaw was good lady that took order was very rude needs customer service training We were eating customer tried to get in they went to the other door it was locked I got up to let them in because they were leaving she yelled across the restaurant and told me not to ever let anyone in that door again customers were in the restaurant Very very rude I would think having customers would be more important this lady has been rude before when we were in there I’m never going back to this long John silvers in vinton Va thank you

Came through the drive through made it home and realized my order was wrong drove all the way back to the restaurant only for the long blonde haired older lady to call me a liar slam the drive through window in my face and constantly kept coming back to tell me she wasn’t arguing with me but she knew what she made.. it was WRONG and the remake she made was burnt and disgusting I wouldn’t expect this behavior out of a child let alone an elder woman.. I won’t be coming back and I will be calling the GM in the morning because I’m sure her behavior isn’t an isolated incident.
