Pizza is nasty! Fiancé tried the “boneless chicken wings” they were rubbery. Tried it twice just to give it a second chance. ? Sauce doesn’t have flavor, pizza is soggy, cheese is runny. I won’t order again.

This is pretty good pizza! I like it better than the other chain places, and Marco's prices are quite good. Only complaint is that they can't seem to cut the slices evenly ever, but that's not a big deal.

Walked in tonight to place a order for carryout and the 2 guys working one said hey and they kept filling the pizza making station and never asked if they could help me or anything. So I left hopefully you go out of business.
Highly recommend!! Pizza was terrific and it was ready for me when I went to pick it up!

Called on the phone to get the special $8.99 was told no longer have it after showing it on their Commercial. So I came in and ordered it for the price 8.99. They are Inconsistence. The people here in Vinton VA. do not know what they are doing.

Was excited to have a Marco’s open in the valley. This location is definitely not being run well. Was initially only given 1 out of 2 pizzas that were ordered. One of the pizzas was missing a topping and both we thought were dry. Also failed to give us any of the garlic sauces we ordered. Probably won’t be returning.
