The drive thru lines are too confusing w cars trying to get ahead of u n line after the order is taken. Trying using your competitors model for this. Have the staff b friendly. Theres one older lady that takes your money that is..other than that no.

The girl who took my order over the speaker was curt and rude. Once I actually got my food she didn’t say a word to me when handing me the bag, or before I left; ex. “Have a good night!” I feel like it’s not that hard to be polite and on top of it my fries had been carelessly thrown in the bag on top of my sandwich. Personally I don’t want to eat fries that have touch the sandwich wrapper that employees have touched, assuming with no gloves. I might be a bit of a germaphobe but do better and take the extra 10 seconds to set the fries up right so I’m not digging in the bag

who is changing the tea? Everytime i ask for SWEET tea it tastes like unsweetened and it's always weak and water down. Very slow service in the drive thru as well, rotate the lines better!!
