We went in and stood at the counter to be waited on and finally a heavy set lady said she wasn't waiting on us it was time for her to leave. No one else came up so after 10 min we left we eat there frequently and the counter service is getting worse and worse. What a shame

Only ordered a large cup of coffee, and had to wait nearly 20 minutes for it, since 4 other orders that were placed after me in line as well as a busy drive through window were all served before me. I was ready to de.and a refund and just leave when someone from the back of the kitchen finally brought the coffee to me. It's ridiculous that tge coffee station is right up front at tge registers, and there were no employees working there. I heard the brewer and grinder both running, but no one was there to fill orders at the front. Ridiculous!

I went to get a soda and the price as advertised on the menu is 1.29 ANY SIZE but when ringing up a medium it is 1.69. I asked the lady working 1st window (may be a manger based on unifor) she said yea its doing that I dont know why. In a very non concerning tone. That is false advisement. Also I have been there on multiple occasions after this location switched over to 24 hours and it has been closed. The staff is never friendly, always has an attitude, never says thank you or any sort of customer service. They always are missing something out of my order or give me the wrong food through the drive through. This location is the closest to my house but I avoid going there at all cost because of all the issues I have experienced.
