My husband was craving a cheesesteak, and it was delicious. Our son always gets a slice or two of cheese pizza. We ate-in this time for a change, and my son played some of the games while we waited on the food. We had a quick, delicious dinner.

Won’t be back. I ordered a side of ranch and didn’t receive it with order. I asked for it and “Kathryn”rudely said I didn’t order it. Problem is she was distracted when I ordered and didn’t hear me because I did order it. I already had my food but she wanted to charge me for ranch. My food would have gotten cold by the time I went back to table, got the money and paid for it. We frequent here often but this will be the last time. Bella’s in Daleville is better anyway. Way to lose a customer over a simple container of ranch.

I've been going to New York pizza for over 30 yrs, it has really declined as far as quanity....... prices have sky rocketed by portions depleted......15.00 for cheese and steak only sub, like where is the meat? I think they forgot a couple scoops up in that bread, really sad.....passed down from generations, older owners were best, has changed since then......pay that much for food and then ask for extra ranch and they wanna charge by cup, as if a couple extra free cups of Ranch is going to break them.....all ranch I needed used to always b free back in day....just seems greedy, ok to up price but should up portion too, order was to go so mayb took advantage of that.... but I sure know for sure my sub ain't look nothing like the one advertised on commercial with meat pilled high, mine was mayb 1/4 of that

I had gone to this place before, and had a less than stellar experience. However, I firmly believe in second chances and many people really enjoy this restaurant. I placed an order for a Sicilian pizza. And arrived about 40 minutes later, only to find out that the pizza was never made. She had printed the wrong ticket and the wrong Pizza had been made. I was advised, that they would print the proper ticket and make the correct pizza but it would take approximately 18 minutes. After a 20-minute wait, I was called to the counter to be informed that the wrong pizza was once again made. Instead of offering the proper Sicilian pizza, or trying for a proper resolution, or even telling me that they were incapable of making the pizza. They suggested that I take two of the improperly made pizzas. One of which was most definitely cold by this point.

The gesture was appreciated, but I can't imagine it was that difficult to just make the proper pizza or to even pay attention to the ticket that's being printed. The resolution felt forced, almost like they just simply weren't capable or were refusing to make what I wanted.

We called for a meat pizza/meat lovers and they gave us a supreme. We will admit we forgot our number and the employee even admitted it was a meat pizza. We picked up and got home and noticed it was wrong and called them back . the employee hung up on us twice and said we ordered wrong (meat pizza special, so we got a everything meat pizza) and received a supreme despite ordering a meat pizza. We love them so much but her attitude , plus her hanging up on us not once, but twice and how rude she was was terrible service. She even had a stupidity moment despite asking how can we on our side make sure we order correctly or verify the right pizza next time ,so we get the right pizza and she said order a meat pizza and hung up. There was no remorse. And considering we want a meat pizza and not supreme due to some of our family having a nightshade allergy this is dangerous for us to have . Will note employee never showed us the pizza, figured we were fine bc they are typically great but not this time. Her attitude is atrocious and considering they didn’t really have cars in the lot is saying a lot about their service lately.

Super large portion size, which is good bc the prices are pretty high. I wasn't a fan of the overall taste, the dining setup, or the ordering process. We waited forever for our food to be made after already pre-ordering and paying ahead. Then, after we were called, we didn't know which was our order until someone decided to come along and point it out to us. Not a very welcoming, friendly, or helpful staff, in my opinion. After that time and money, the food was just okay. Our first and last visit. Lots of people love it though because it was very, very busy!
