Pancho Mexican Restaurant Vinton

Pancho is the most amazing restaurant I have been to. They will continue to get my business due to the friendliness of the staff, and the most wonderful food and drinks. Mario is a fantastic server/bartender, honestly though, everyone that works there is fantastic. I ordered scallops and shrimp, and the scallops were the best I have ever had, so tender!

The manager thinks it's OK to brush his teeth and spit in a sink where customers drinks are refilled. Per the manager, he does this all the time. Very unsanitary. Wasted my money bc once I saw this, I completely lost my appetite. Will never go back and will not recommend to anyone.

Placed a mobile order today and everything was made wrong and food was cold what a waste of money, time,and gas

The food was good. The waitress carmalitta was non existent took my order and my bill that was it nothing more. Would recommend going elsewhere anywhere else

We ate there Tuesday at 7pm. The temperature inside the restaurant was 79 degrees. My daughter had to take her 9 month old child to the car because he was so hot. It was too hot for any of our party of 9 to enjoy their meals. As we were leaving other customers were leaving and complaining about the heat inside. $170 dollar miserable meal!

This hidden gem is great!!!!!!! Delicious queso the salsa is authentic with cilantro!!!!! You will not be disappointed

Saturday buffet was excellent and for $15. Per person!

This place has always been great until recently. Friday I came in with my daughter to pick up the food I had called in to order. I had went online before I called in the Order to make sure I read everything to the lady correctly. She read it back correctly. When I got there the order was missing an item and the nachos were wrong. The lady called me a liar and said I didn’t order that and that I didn’t say it over the phone. That I was in the wrong. When the manager came over to see what was going on she started speaking Spanish to him so I couldn’t understand. So very rude. You don’t argue with the customer and definitely don’t call them a liar. I will not be back. I felt very disrespected and the little girl didn’t even apologize. My daughter ended up eating dinner too late and she was so hungry.
