No refund after waiting well over an hour for our carry out. Scheduled order was supposed to be ready at 6:15 and at 7:05 it was just being made. I tried to cancel the order and customer service could not cancel it because they could not reach the store. My husband waited at the store for over an hour only to find that the staff had taken the phone line off the hook.
Now under new management
I bought 2 med pizzas , 1 was a meat lovers , I only wanted 3 of the meat they put on the pizza which they charged 1.35 for each meat along with the reg price of the pizza. The other was a meatball , cheesy sticks, which were a joke for the price, 2 orders of boneless honey bbq chicken which we couldn’t eat because the sauce was so spicy , the pizza’s were so salty and tasted old, and you couldn’t pull the slices apart, all in all we threw away the food .
