The pizza, cheesy bread, and fries are delicious. I was excited that tonight was the first night that they delivered on time! Past couple times it's been like 10 minutes late.

Their delivery guy drove off with most of my order. Had to wait on a remake. Not the worst mistake. I made a friend while I waited. My advice - Slow down to speed up.

No refund after waiting well over an hour for our carry out. Scheduled order was supposed to be ready at 6:15 and at 7:05 it was just being made. I tried to cancel the order and customer service could not cancel it because they could not reach the store. My husband waited at the store for over an hour only to find that the staff had taken the phone line off the hook.

Had to wait over an hour for carry out. On Pi Day, you expect a bit of a wait but not for all the orders to be messed up or for the staff to take the phone off the hook. Clearly there are some management and staffing issues. I called customer service and they had no clue what was going on and could not reach the store to cancel the order since they had taken the phone off the hook. No refund was given. I placed the order at 5:15 for a scheduled 6:15 pick up. It is currently 7:02 and the order is just starting to be made.

Service was prompt and friendly. Purchased the new box deal which is a great offer but one of the pizzas and the bread sticks were very under cooked and still raw dough inside. Couldn't tell until we got home and started eating the meal. The thin crust one was good atleast.
They mixed up the details of my two two-topping pizzas, they also mixed up my wing flavors confusing my bone in with my boneless flavors and then when I called to make them aware of my mistake the actors if it was my phone and refused to fix it or accommodate me I will not go back
