Have had issues the last 3 times we’ve ordered. Last order pizza was over an hour late, cold pizza, incorrect drink and desert was substituted. Delivery was outsourced to DoorDash. DoorDash driver stated Pizza Hut does NOT roll over the driver tip to them so I had to tip TWICE. I contacted Pizza Hut and was told someone would get back with me. No one ever did. Chat support said they escalated it to a next tier agent and someone would call. No one ever did. Today I get a generic email about “your feedback allows us to improve blah blah blah”. Our pizza was cold, they must of ran out of 2 liter Pepsi because we got Mountain Dew instead and instead of cinnamon stix we got cookie which we didn’t want. I can’t get anyone to contact me as the store number transfers me to a call center that does not help. I simply would like a refund or partial at least and it seems impossible. More upset about me having to tip my Delivery Driver twice and Pizza Hut holding onto the original tip that was given on the Pizza Hut app.

Food definitely going down hill got home with pizza and it literally stuck to bottom of box. I called they told me bring back to them. I don't want to drive then wait for remake. She told me if I wanted my food correct only way or stick into refrigerator and bring next time. So its gonna become a science project that's how often I go there

The store manager is awesome. Even though she is the only one making pizzas. She has the best attitude and attention to detail. Her name is Chantel. There needs to be more workers like her. She should be considered a asset.

Her team even though they were just a few. They work awesome together.

Horrible experience multiple times. Takes forever for food even when the website tells me that my food is ready. Our food was over an hour late. Just go to dominoes and save yourself the time and annoyance. Unprofessional staff that is never on task. They clearly don't care to keep up with orders in a timely manner.

Awful management and service. Was literally told if you place for a pick up at 5:30 expect it to actually be ready at 6:15.. will not come back

The store was not being run well and the woman running the register did not explain things well whatsoever. Pizza was supposed to be ready by 7:09 and it is 7:21 currently... No pizza yet. This location is usually very good, but this experience was beyond sub par. The lobby is full of frustrated customers and there has been no form of compensation or apology.

This place has really gone down hill. I ordered from there this evening and the food I received was shoved into to small pizza box’s not cut and was super cold. Tried to call the store numerous times no answer sent over to some type of call center that sounded super unprofessional I want my money back so please contact me because I filed complaints with corporate

Went in to pick up an order and two employees were loudly arguing with each other in front of other customers. When I asked, I learned their names were Skylar and Beth. They make the store look very unprofessional and sound very toxic

Last 3 times I've ordered from there they've always been 20 late with my order... Every time. I get the same lame excuse... We got busy... We'll you already had my order. The employees don't care they really don't care..

I came into today to pick up an order for my husband and I and I can say it’s very unprofessional. There was this taller
black lady who was very loud and I could hear yelling at other workers in the back. She seemed very rude and disrespectful and disruptive. I am not sure if she was the manager or just a worker but she was very unprofessional about how she talks to her coworkers and while I waited for my pizza all I could hear was her raising her voice in the back. I do hope the workers are alright here and aren’t being put down by other workers. Seems like a toxic environment.

When into Pizza Hut on Oct. 11th 2025 at 430pm. Leah was the only individual working in the restaurant. To be the sole worker in there , Leah did NOT panic & showed true professionalism! Deserves a big raise...

Called what I thought was the Vinton location and the call routed elsewhere. Not the most professional call. If I hadn’t confirmed the location I wanted, I’m not sure where my pizza would have been!!
The pizza was routed to the correct location thankfully but wow, can we can we keep it simple. Let’s not rerouted calls.
