Waited over 45mins for an order that apparently was never started. Understaffed or improperly managed as I waited 10mins at the counter to be acknowledged to check status. Got refund and left starving

This place needs to just go ahead and shut down. Stopped at 7:30 on a Wednesday and they said Pizza Hut is closed that they were out of pizza. I've stopped in the past seems like they are always out of something. Never had an issue till they moved!

I live .2 miles from the Vinton VA pizza hut gps says 3 min walk so I call for delivery and was informed that they don't t deliver unless its within a 2 mile radius......again I'm less than a 16th of a mile lol and they cant deliver....but Papa John's in southeast roanoke not Vinton but Roanoke will deli er and im more than 5 miles from them......way to go merica........ Is 3rd world country wearing a Gucci belt America

our order tonight was disgusting. the breading completely separated from the wings and they still sent it out. and it was cold. and the driver also didn't leave the order at the door as requested
