I've been to Pollard 107 in Vinton several times, and the food is always great! The staff are consistently pleasant and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Visited on Friday night at dinner time and even though the place was absolutely packed, the service was incredible! The bartenders were so friendly and on top of everything, and the rest of the staff made sure we had everything we needed. Our food came out fast, hot, and delicious — impressive considering how busy it was. You can tell they all work really well together. The only thing I could say is that the place echoes, and with so many people there it was hard to speak across the table to each other.
Super thankful for such a great experience, and we’ll definitely be back soon!
Recommend: Fish & Chips (fiancé loved it) and the Grilled Chicken Teriyaji.
Tried the Smores drink and Apple Mule from the fall bar menu and both were delicious!

Dropped by Pollard 107 South last night (10.10.2025) with friends and grabbed a bar table in the buzzing bar area. The place was slammed—whole town out on a Friday, with big parties laughing it up alongside the regulars sipping cocktails and watching the game. Truly blown away by the service. Watched the bartenders and staff hustle like pros: mixing drinks, dodging crowds, all while keeping those smiles going. Total organized chaos, but they nailed it. We felt the love at our table—quick refills on that spot-on Old Fashioned, hot 107 Wings, and fast mains like the Steakhouse Burger and filets. Server checked in twice despite the rush. Love how they keep service top-notch when it's this busy.
If you're in Vinton craving steaks, seafood, or a lively bar vibe, Pollard 107 South is your spot. We'll be back—highly recommend!

Been there twice and won't be back. First time was valentine's day which I knew would be busy so I wasn't upset about the wait and was seated rather quickly. Ordered the valentine's day surf and turf special and was looking forward to enjoying the scallops and filet. I got them and both were overcooked, scallops were tough and bitter from being so charred, filet was dry and well done when I asked for medium rare. I didn't complain since I figured they were overwhelmed and I understand mistakes happen.
The second time was about two weeks ago and I ordered the fish and chips. The fish was very watery and the batter was soggy like it had been sitting in a warmer. Fries were actually very good but the slaw was basically shredded cabbage in mayonnaise with water like it had been sitting in the cooler for some time.
Understand that I'm impartial and call it like I see it and actually give restaurants at least two tries to make sure it wasn't just a bad day and such to be perfectly fair. I've eaten at many different places from casual dining to more upscale places and have had good and bad food from restaurants on each level. I hope that Pollard takes this as constructive criticism and not just bashing them and can make improvements becoming even better.

Unbelievable, just unbelievable. I’m in awe. The food, the service, and don’t get me started with the drink prices. Utterly impressed. Such great service from Katie and the steak house burger was extravagant!

Been going a couple times for Tuesday night bingo, great food, great service, missed a couple weeks due to personal matters, tonight I returned with my son and we had ordered a couple appetizers to split as we waited to play. Tonight there was a new DJ, female, my son actually won, he yelled “BINGO” (which is what I thought you did when you won) as he went up to approach the lady to receive his winning she told him there was someone else that had won (nobody else yelled bingo) so he came back to me and said he didn’t win, I was confused, so I approached the lady and asked what was going on, she said another person walked up and got the winning, ummmm I’m confused, I said, she looked rudely back at me and then said “well she already came up here and i gave her prize I don’t have anymore” I told her it was BS and you have 3 other rounds to play what do you mean? , if multiple people are gonna win (which is fine) then there needs to be a split prize and make your rules known for before playing, my son was upset and I was furious due to the matter, ( I kept my composure) consider lucky. Just wanted to have a good time. Point of the matter is, if your gonna have games/special occasion, make sure you have other options for everyone that’s playing and have rules posted or known beforehand. I thought it was very unfair.

I finally tried this place based on others reviews. Service was great....by Justin. Thank you!
The food honestly was terrible. Very dry and hard chicken tenders appetizer, the worst shrimp tacos I've ever had, nothing fresh or good about the Caesar salad and my SIL had a horrible steak sandwich. The only thing that was actually edible was a buffalo chicken dip with stale corn chips.
Ill go back for wine only, bur I will never eat the disguising food here again.
Sitting outside would be nice but the traffic noise was insane.
My daughter has severe celiac and can only eat strict gluten free. Not a good place if you have any serious dietary restrictions.

My family and I was gonna check this place out. It didnt appear busy in the area without the bar. However we had to wait to be seated I guess so we waited like 3 mins at the front if not longer trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. So I walk around and I see some women folding silverware no one asked if we wanted to be seated or said anything I turned to my family and said if it takes this long to be seated imagine the wait time for the food so we bounced and went to longhorn instead... Will never stop here again.

Great food in Vinton! Had the Chesapeake burger, out of the norm for me. Great flavor and really hot the spot. Fall has just begun so the pumpkin beers have arrived!

We were really looking forward to dining here, but unfortunately our experience fell short of expectations. The service was subpar — my salad was forgotten with my dinner, and it took quite a while to have our water refilled or for my husband to get another beer.
As for the food, my coconut shrimp was extremely hard, almost as if it had been frozen, and my husband’s filet tasted old. The macaroni and cheese had no flavor. For a meal that cost us over $100, we expected much more in terms of both quality and attentiveness.
The one highlight was the ambience — the outdoor patio was very pretty and created a nice atmosphere. However, the overall dining experience just didn’t measure up to what we had hoped for.

Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. Plenty of parking at that time, seated immediately. Had several TVs with various games on. The burger was great. Also the gyro. The tuna was yummy and the kids loved their burgers and macaroni and cheese. The fries were awesome!! Highly recommend for lunch.

Service was awful. Never tried the food. Sat down took awhile until the waitress came by. We ask that she give us a minute on drinks she never came back. We had to walk to the bar to go order and then she never shows up again. We walked to the bar to pay and left. If the food is good no one would know because you can’t get service .

Went in to watch college football on a Saturday afternoon. The place was dead. Also they couldn't figure out sound for the games. Food was decent. Service was OK but drinks from the bar lacked attention to special requests. Im sire this would be a cool bar for an evening hang, but wouldn't be my choice to watch sports.
