Visited on Friday night at dinner time and even though the place was absolutely packed, the service was incredible! The bartenders were so friendly and on top of everything, and the rest of the staff made sure we had everything we needed. Dropped by Pollard 107 South last night (10.10.2025) with friends and grabbed a bar table in the buzzing bar area. The place was slammed—whole town out on a Friday, with big parties laughing it up alongside the regulars sipping cocktails and watching the game. Truly blown away by the service. Unbelievable, just unbelievable. I’m in awe. The food, the service, and don’t get me started with the drink prices. Utterly impressed. Such great service from Katie and the steak house burger was extravagant!
