This has to be the worst Starbucks I've ever been to in my life and I've been to some bad ones. The coffee is never made fresh it's cold and then they just mosey on over there nice and slow to make a new pot while you have to wait there. I asked a staff member for some more raw sugar and she smirked and said I guess we're out. I said, there's no way that Starbucks is running out of sugar! This guy is going to slow walk to the back of the store to see if there's more raw sugar in the back. Unbelievable. There shouldn't even be a Starbucks here if they're going to sully the brand like that.

I went in this morning 12-6 around 8:30 am I had unfortunately made a mistake and put the wrong store for pick up in Tennessee for some reason 😝 the guy working was super friendly and nice and offered to make my drink anyways and made it perfect Thank you so much

I am a regular customer at this location, sometimes several times a week. This morning I stopped in to get my daughter a drink, she always orders a Venti, no ice strawberry açaí lemonade and they always fill it all the way up to the top. Not just this location but everywhere we’ve been!! Today they only filled it halfway up in the barista, was ready to explain when she saw the look on my face. I know it’s not their fault as she stated they are cracking down on management. But I even asked her to top it off with ice and the liquid still did not come all the way to the top. She would not fill it up. I paid for a Venti, and got a tall size of product. I got ripped off. And my daughter was hugely disappointed. I will start going to a different location if this Starbucks feels like this is how they should handle cutting out customers getting more. Very disappointing on their end that they cannot give a full product.

Place is a joke. No one knows how to do BOGO or birthday drinks redemption. Staff is extremely rude and unsanitary. If I could give negative Stars I would. I will NEVER go back. Plantation road or 460 starbucks will get my services from now on.

Only 1 person working and was too busy on her personal phone. When waited on she could not do the BOGO Friday deal. I asked why and was told she didn't know how to ring it up without the order being placed through the mobile order app. When I got my phone out she said that the mobile app wasn't working at the Vinton location. In my opinion she did not want to be bothered with work today.

They never can keep oat milk in stock! They can pull any other milk from kroger stock but not oat milk. Oak milk must be be the forbidden fruit! Please go to never by 460 star bucks for good customer service and they will have what you need! This was the 4th visit with the same response, "no Oak milk!!!!! . Please order oat milk to keep up with demand for the holidays.......

The Starbucks in Vinton Kroger is consistently understaffed. The staff is exceptional however, one person working cannot keep up with the demand. People are walking away after a lengthy wait. One person taking orders AND the making orders is just not enough. There to be two people working almost all the time. If this is supposed to be a cost saving measure it's backfiring on you. You're losing money because you're losing orders. This is why I only give 4 stars instead of 5.

I've been to this one many times and the last three times I have ordered the same exact thing. A large salted carmel hot chocolate, all there times they were different. The second time I got it, it made me wanna go back again it was so good. The other times I didn't finish it because it didn't even taste good.
