This location sucks now. Use to be my favorite but the staff they have now is slow.

I was at the Vinton VA subway today for take out lunch for 2. I ordered the first and she was preparing my tuna sub. When she asked what kind of cheese, I said I couldn't have cheese. She asked if I have allergies. I said, yes, alpha gal. She immediately took her gloves off, washed her hands, went to get another knife, asked her coworker not to touch it, regloved, got out a fresh bun and made my sub. I was diagnosed with Alpha gal in July and this is the BEST, OVER THE TOP customer service I've had in a restruant since being diagnosed. Give her a raise! And thanks Subway for being aware and looking after customer allergic diets.

if i could give this place a 0 star i would. i went there the other day for the first time, and for one when the guy was making my sub he sneezed then didnt change his gloves and proceeded to touch my food. which when i said something he shrugged it off and didn’t care on top of that the lettuce was brown and the tomato’s were mush. the staff was very rude and when i asked for a manager there wasn’t one present. i do not recommend going here AT ALL. its very unsanitary and the tables looks horrendous. crumbs everywhere all over the floor and tables. please do not go here.

The staff was rude one of them coughed in my sub there was no manager there the table was not wiped down there were still crumbs all over them and the lettuce was brown and the tomatoes were mush DO NOT COME HERE this is easily the WORST subway I have ever been too.

We feed all of our technicians from this location when they feel the need for great subs. Service is always great. Food is consistently spot on. The environment is pleasing and enjoyable. I understand its difficult to please everyone but there things that are not controllable but these guys and gals do the best possible for customers.

Waited 30mins for an online order that said it would take 20mins because they took at least 20 minutes on an old couple that had to be related to the person making the sandwiches! I get being friendly and promoting customer service but if you have people WAITING on you then you should either work and talk or talk to them later! Then that same employee went on break leaving only one person to manage a huge line and making bread. I feel bad for the lone dude smh

Out of lots of meat, spices, cheese, and veggies. Lettuce was gross and brown. Server was rude and threw my change at me. No straws or anything out, had to ask for. Must be a sign of extremely poor management.

I ordered online for the first time today because of the bogo coupon. Since buying for a family of 4 savings it's nice to have that. I was a little worried my order may not be right since I wouldn't be there when the subways and wrap were put together. Luckily all the ingredients were on everything as a ordered. But the time said 5:55 my food would be ready. I got there on time. Unfortunately it took them 20 minutes longer because they were training someone. In which I understand. We got home to eat, I myself got a wrap. The wrap was not wrapped correctly. Everything fill out of it when I took the first bite! So I'm writing a review so that others are aware and check what you've ordered before leaving the subway location!

I've ordered from this location a few times. I see that there's some negative reviews regarding this location. I usually order with the app, and get pick-up. That being said, you can usually get a better discount, especially when they have buy one, get one free footlong's, ordering with the app. An improvement that can be implemented, would be to have curbside pickup and dedicated pickup parking spots available. Overall, I've experienced good service. The order is ready on time for pickup, and most importantly, it's some good food! 4 🌟
