The new management is amazing. The food was fresh and customer service was great!! The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was clean and remodel looks great!! Glad it was taken over by new management because service and food is lot better than before.

I ordered a B.L.T. Toasted on Italian herb and cheese like I normally do. I guess Wehrmacht I said toasted the guy making my sandwich only thought to toasted the bread and not the bacon. It looks uncooked. They service just wasn't the best experience I've had with subway.

Quite possibly the most consistently bad Subway in the greater Roanoke area. Stopped for a wrap and was served a $14 mangled mess. I’m done with this restaurant; there are many better places nearby for cheaper.

So I’m closer to the Vinton location and I absolutely do everything I can to avoid going in there but I give it a try every few months or so and EVERYTIME I try the SERVICE SUCKS‼️ I’m not sure what the issue is but I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN‼️

I sent my husband into the Vinton store. I don’t know how hard it is to make a salad. NO LETTUCE, SLOPPY JUISY PEPPERS AND NO DRESSING. Absolutely the worst salad I have had in my life. The really say part of this is that I wrote down what I wanted in my salad and they still screwed it up. Never going back
