I was visiting from out of town and stopped here a few times. Food was always good, but the workers/service was hit or miss. I know everyone has bad days, but it was multiple people. And, in one trip, we ordered 4 items and asked for some hot and mild sauce and were given exactly one packet of each. I'm not expecting a bagfull, but the number of sauce packets could have at least corresponded with the number of items we ordered! But anyway, the food was always tasty and most of the employees were very kind and friendly.

I placed an order through the app. When I got to there 10 minutes later, I told them my name and they checked the computer and said they were working on preparing the food. I checked with another team member 10-15 minutes later and was told the same thing. 10-15 minutes after that, when I asked a third team member to check on my order, they said they couldn’t find it. They checked in the computer further and found it after I showed the order on my phone. They immediately prepared my meal which took another 5 minutes but I was not offered any apology or anything to make things better.
Writing a this review because I've been sitting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. These guys absolutely suck.

They don't serve breakfast at this location anymore, and they forget stuff off your order everytime you go in the evening. Bring back the breakfast menu

We arrived with one person waiting on food in the lobby. No one ever came to take our order, after waiting 5-10 minutes we ordered on the kiosk. People came in after us and were waited on and got their food a good 5 minutes before us. Food was what you’d expect. Staff was not rude but were definitely a long way for polite.

Crunchwrap Supremes are a hit or miss at this location,they're either delicious..fresh and piping hot or disgusting...cold, burnt and smell like wet cardboard. It depends on what time of day you get them(don't recommend night shift)
Long waiting times on both day and night shift,but day shift crew is nicer.

The people working there could care less about how long you wait for your food. You will literally wait 20 to 30 minutes for a simple Taco combo meal. And I could even understand it if you didn't have enough employees.

ordered food(ubereats) with no (toppings) *allergies*, got food everything in the bag was wrong fries and chips and cheese were just dumped all in the bag with none in the original container... very poor reading skills and customer care.
