Stopped by this lovely restaurant after landing back from a trip to kill time and avoid traffic. Service was quick and friendly. Our waitress was super knowledgeable and helpful when it came to our questions and decision making. They have quite the selection of craft, local beers as well. Food, desserts and drinks were all very tasty! Would definitely visit again if we are ever back in the area!!

Food was AMAZING. Location is very congested inside, not much space at all. And I feel like for only ordering a Appitizer and Dessert we waited longer than the people next to us who were sat after us and got their Entrees before we got out Appitizer HOWEVER The Charcuterie Board and Grilled Pb&J are a MUST!

Came in on a Thursday. Service was slow, 60 minutes from first entering to getting food. Little to no communication from the wait staff on the reason why. Burger good; pretzel, BLT, fries very overcooked. Hoping this was a one off compared to others experience. $24 for a beer flight though. Come on now.

Blackened Chicken Sandwich tasted great with pimento cheese. Fries left something to be desired. Service friendly. Atmosphere quiet.

Came here on a Sunday for brunch to try it out and our server recommended The Hot Chicken Biscuit after I told her I enjoy Chicken and waffles but not so sweet (they have something for that too btw!) But i gotta say the Hot Chicken and Biscuit did not disappoint at all! Amazing flavor across the plate! A must try on the Brunch menu, perfect blend of spicy, savory, and texture all on one plate!

We also had the pork rinds and they were awesome too!

Great service, great flavors, great drinks!

I have never seen my husband so happy over a sausage gravy fried chicken biscuit..... I'm pretty sure he might leave me for the cook. The food was phenomenal! Service was fantastic! 15/10 infinity stars. You pass GO!

Another weekend night of seeking a local venue for eating. We ended up at 1608 Craft House and were not disappointed!!!

Our only complaint would be the Poutine. What we were served, called poutine, wasn't really poutine. Fries, gravy, chili, cheese, and an egg. I've never had poutine with chili or an egg. They were just okay, nothing fabulous.

However, the rest of our meal was out of this world!! I got the ribs and pork rinds, hubby got the hot dogs and fries. I was shocked at the size and meatiness of the ribs!! I actually only at 1 rib. The pork rinds were fresh, and seasoned perfectly. Hubby only at one of his hot dogs and declared it really good.

We then indulged in the white chocolate skillet cookie with salted caramel gelato. OMG... decadent!!! The cookie was a slight bit over cooked, but that didn't effect the taste or texture at all. This is sinful and be sure to leave room for it!!!

Over all we were very pleased with everything. Our waitress, Amy, was fantastic. The food was amazing with little exception. The portion sizes are very generous! A definite return is planned in the future.

Picked 1608 Crafthouse blindly as a spot to go for brunch with a couple friends.

We arrived at 11:30 on Sunday morning, and there was plenty of parking even though the lot is not big. There is outdoor seating available. We were asked if we wanted a booth or a table (love that you were given a choice!) Unfortunately, our booth was the first one by the door, so each time someone came in you heard the host loud and clear.

The menu has some interesting choices, but the brunch menu had all 3 of us choose the Chicken and French toast! Stacked high ooey goodness on a plate! The chicken was crispy, French toast light and fluffy! I am not a fan of bacon, but I did try a piece and it was flavorful, just not cooked enough for me.

Service was good. The atmosphere was OK I guess. Did not get a chance to really look around other than where we sat. Honestly, was not paying too much attention as we were talking and eating, so it didn't really phase me!
