Food was delicious, surprisingly for 4 kids and 2 adults not bad price. The location is what makes it easily missed. It's basically a hidden gem. Food on menu looks good, food we all ordered was delicious, waitress was awesome and assisted me on what was very good to order off the menu. Definitely a place to try and as well a good 1st date option if needed.
Stopped in for dinner on a Tuesday night and was seated right away. Cozy neighborhood bar/restaurant I could see coming to often if it were in my neighborhood. Had their Lamb Mushroom Burger, Shrimp and Grits, Braised Pork Shoulder, Mac & Cheese for the lil one, and the Bread Pudding. The food was nothing to rave about, but it was pretty good. The only con was the burger was small, dry and didn’t have many mushrooms. Our waitress was friendly but was a ghost for the majority...
Great experience here! Chef Kevin Sharkey and his team are doing wonderful! We had the Poutine to start, it was full of flavour with a hind of heat! My wife had the green tomato blt, she loves green tomatoes and this exactly what she wanted, I had the steak wrap, very well balanced flavours with surprisingly delicious cabbage! Can’t wait to go back and try the rest of this gourmet menu!
