Beware of the new mandatory 20% gratuity regardless of party size. I used to eat here every time I travelled to Norfolk, but tonight was my first mandatory gratuity, and it showed. The waitress was not attentive at all and I had to chase her down while she was having a personal conversation to get my check, after asking for it three times prior. You lost a loyal customer and no one at the restaurant cared.
Aberdeen Barn Steakhouse is a true classic for steak lovers! My ribeye was cooked to perfection juicy, flavorful, and tender, with a perfect sear. The asparagus was fresh and well-seasoned, and the warm bread served beforehand was a delicious touch. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with that timeless steakhouse charm, and the service was friendly and attentive from start to finish. Definitely a must-visit for anyone craving a great steak dinner in the area!
The atmosphere was excellent. The food was amazing. This was me and my daughter's first time visiting Aberdeen Barn Steakhouse. The waitress Mrs. Lori was wonderful. There was a guitarist, who also played Happy Birthday to me with his violin. I will definitely be back.
