I only eat wings y'all got up your game the wings were under cooked and rolled in cold sauce . Seems like they were not cooked through flavor stopped at the skin second time dissatisfied. Good wings ain't hard.

Great place to have a fantasy football draft! We've been going there 10 years straight at least.

We just sat at this location for over an hour waiting for our food… Our waitress told us several times that our “food should be up shortly”… Others around us, that that came in and ordered after us, were noticing and mentioning to us how they came in and ordered after us, but were already eating. We finally asked the hostess (the only one who seemed to care) to get the manager and let them know we weren’t paying for our drinks. Did the waitress come back with a BILL for our drinks? Of course! We refused to pay it, as 3 of the drinks should have been part of our children’s meals… who had been waiting an hour to eat. The manager finally came out to our table and told us that we didn’t need to pay for the drinks (she claims she thought we had alcoholic drinks 🙄) and told us that they were doing the best they could in the kitchen… so it sounds like this all falls on our waitress not putting our order in when she said she did… and then LYING to us when she said the food would be up shortly. Did the manager offer us anything to make things right? Nope! Not a single thing! I will be contacting corporate tomorrow, as this is all totally unacceptable. It’s now 7:40 PM and I’m sitting at McDonald’s with my 3 children so they can eat. Sad that this is our experience, as we used to visit often, but that won’t happen again.

My husband and I went up there Friday 8/8 around 7ish for dinner. We expected slow service (as it has been that way for awhile), but our waitress spent more time hanging out at the bar conversing with others vs checking on her table. I’d suggest maybe more training for them. I get better and faster service when I place an order to go.

Mediocre food

Wife and I used to go here all the time then they got rid of the grilled cheese burger. We stopped going for a but then started up again. Now we went last night and not only did they get rid of the salad my wife liked but now they're charging for refills on soda and iced tea? Seriously? We paid for our drinks (which were wrong) and left. Not going back.

Our food order didn't get put in correctly and there were a bunch of drunk people yelling so loudly I couldn't hear my spouse talking right next to me. It was very very loud in there. We ended up packing up our food and leaving with out finishing eating.

The service was horrible the waitress we had was Jade, was there with family and husband and told her seperate checks she gave my family members there check my husband his and mine smh when I say two doesn’t mean three seperate checks. Asked her for two small boxes and she looks at my husband and said you need one also like what the hell, never asked for a refill and when family member asked for a refill took 20minutes to get it back.

They used to have the best salad in town. Fairfield location stop putting cucumbers and hard boiled egg in the salads. Disappointed!

Unmute the jukebox and turn that shit up. I'm trying to play a song.

We love this place but they need to invest in some noise deafening treatment. The sound decibels run at 100, which is a damaging level. The place is great but the noise is rediculous. Owners need to visit on a Friday night!!!!!!!!

Not worth going to this place. Terrible customer service

Been a customer for most of my life, normally a good place to catch a game with some of my friends when we all want to meet up. This past experience however has completely changed not only my personal views on returning but my friends as well. Took about 15 mins for refills of water, waitress couldn’t remember a single order of ours, our server was inappropriate with one of my friends, was overcharged for a beer to which was sorted out but was given the wrong size. Food has never been the best in my opinion and nothing on the menu really jumps out to myself or my friend group. To end the night we wanted our bill to be split and we broke it down item by item for our waiter, when we got these itemized bills they were completely wrong ! So we just decided to just pay all in one because clearly our sever couldn’t care less about us and our experience. Overall disappointing and won’t recommend for a sports bar.
