Ordered a shrimp salad and they gave me 5 baby shrimp with an astronomical amount of salad 🤦🏾‍♀️ all the lettuce was packed at the bottom of the tray. How do you mess up a salad smh?

The employees here never smile and are rude. They never say hi. They need a bell or something when people come in because no one wants to wait 10+ minutes for someone to come take their order.

Americas best ?! Ain’t no way. I ordered the whole wings and they were disgustingly terrible. They were the crispiest unseasoned wings ever. I wouldn’t waste my money there ever again.

I waited 40 minutes for my order because they told me they never put it in . The atmosphere was 2/10 fruit fly's all over the floor dead and alive .

I use to love this place until I came in one day in saw flies in the staff with no shoes on it just made feel like they don't wash they hands or anything very nasty environment I'm sorry I took so long to realize this but thats because I use to just come pick up and leave this time I sat in really looked around never again

Not the best wings. The chicken strips meal with french fries was bland with no seasoning. A good indicator should have been no smell of food cooking when I walked into the establishment.🤔 The customer service was okay.

These people need to be ashamed. I ordered a 20 piece and the chicken was so old and dry! It literally cut our gums in our mouths. How dreadful and disgusting! And even more disappointing, a waste of my money!! I’ll never eat from this place no matter the location! We couldn’t even finish our wings! I want a refund more than anything! Run from this place. They’re feeding people spoiled chicken!

Service might not always be the best here but that doesn’t change the fact that they’re the best wings in the area because I haven’t had better yet. I’ve probably ordered their wings over 20 times now. Crispy and not fatty. And the fries aren’t soggy either. Seasonings and sauces just fire.

I don't understand why the wings so are so salty. My wife and I couldn't finish our orders. I ordered the lemon pepper wings and they came in the same hot wing sauce my wife's mild(medium) wings came in. Which makes no sense to me. The onion rings and fries were soggy. Definitely won't order again. We're just going to stick with cm chicken, full sized wings, and you get the flavor described with no soggy food.
