Applebee's Grill + Bar

Tried them about five years ago and it wasn’t good but I figured we’d give them another try, their commercials make them look alright.
I can microwave food and it’ll come out better than this.
Absolutely terrible, the place is old and smelly.
Read the fine print on the2 for $25, it might be 30 something.
See you in five years, maybe.

Applebee's I have to give you an F- for your boneless wings, they look and taste nothing like I see on the commercial, they were overcooked and hard and was not enjoyable at all.

Had chicken and pasta chicken was way over seasoned and pasta was served cold could even finish meal. My wife ordered chicken player fries we're way over salted had to ask for different order of fries. We usually come here and food is delicious don't know what happen today. Service was great and bartender did great with our drinks.

This Applebees and my food was still really hot when I got it. I don’t get to eat Applebees very often but I’ve had it a lot over the years and this was probably the best burbon chicken I’ve had from any Applebees. Shout out to the chef for making my dish so well for being close to end of the night

Came in today for lunch. Horrible service. The gentleman was wearing a red ski cap, black Applebees shirt, ripped stone washed dark jeans, tattoos on arms and neck with a lot of cologne. My friend asked for the chicken oriental salad. Was asked fried or grilled chicken? She said I’m going to be bad so fried. I ordered a cheeseburger and two tall bud lights. He dropped off our food and left the table before her or I could say anything. She got grilled chicken not fried. I was out of my beer and after it sitting on the edge of the table which is a universal sign for I’m empty ask if I want another it sat there for more than 10 minutes. Finally he walks over asks if I want another doesn’t acknowledge the person I was with about her meal. Then puts it on one check just assumes. It was $46.23 and we had $55 put down didn’t have any ones. That fool keep all the change. I know people aren’t always the brightest but you should never assume someone is leaving you that big of a tip based off your horrible service. This was at 1:06pm when we were seated place was basically empty. There was no excuse for his behavior and actions. Spent more time behind the bar on his cellphone than tending to the two table he had on the left side of the restaurant up the two steps.

Placed order online directly on their website for delivery. Ordered 3 entrees. When we received our order, there were only 2 entrees in the bag. Called the (Applebee's) restaurant and asked to have the missing entree delivered or refunded. Was told they would not even make the missing entree to have it delivered or even for pick up, as they were too busy. Was told they were too busy to even give me a refund for the missing entree. They have no problem taking my money for food they didn't make though. This place is Dishonest and does not care about their customers. I do not recommend this restaurant. Poor, poor customer service. Guess I will have to dispute the charge through my bank. They offer a service to order online on their website, but they don't offer any service if they screw up your order to reconcile it or make it right - too bad, so sad, you're on your own. They shouldn't offer the service if they don't have a process in place to correct it when they don't get the order right.

Placed an order for car side to be ready at 6:57 pm. Almost forty minutes and two phone calls later the food was brought out. I stated this was ridiculous and all the person could say was it’s crazy right. I will never order from this establishment again.

Went on a Friday night at 7pm. Wait time was 20 minutes, completely understandable.
Ordered 2 racks of ribs.
Pickle fries, pretzel and beer cheese.
A burger.
And the mac and cheese with the sweet pepper chicken.
Service was great, no complaints about the wait staff.
Ribs were standard Applebee's ribs, good, not great.
Pass on the pickle fries, pretzel and beer cheese was great.
Burger was well done, was ordered medium. Was no where close to medium.
Now the biggest disappoint. The 4 cheese mac and cheese. It tasted like really scrappy Alfredo sauce. The sweet pepper sauce on the chicken was gross. The pasta was watery, and no where close to what mac and cheese should be.

Everything was bad. Which is crazy because I am not a picky eater at all. Steak was undercooked and had zero seasoning. “Garlic” green beans had neither garlic nor flavor. Coleslaw was mushy and gross. Brought the wrong thing out for both our meals. Buffalo wings were ok, a little crunchy and not a lot of sauce but at least edible. One of the worst meals I’ve had. I should’ve thrown this meal away like Orion Kerkering threw the ball away in the 2025 NLDS Game 4. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Applebees like the St Louis Cardinals avoid the postseason.

Place is really dated. Carpet looks like it's from my grandma's house.

Service was moderately tolerable above table lights for disgusting food was wrong orders all around and I've never seen a worse made margarita in my life or tasted
