Good parking. Friendly efficient staff. Seating areas were arranged so as to give smaller sections available to fewer people, creating a more private atmosphere.Booths were especially comfortable. Food was very good. Liked the Specials Menu. Offerings included the current items being shown on TV. Bathroom was sparkling clean. Will go again for sure.
my first and last time at this location. Amaya was my server and service started out rocky , but by the end she was more pleasant. A couple items were missing , but no complaints on the food we did receive.

Food was yummy and came out hot! Our server Brianna A is REALLY good at her job! She checked in on us, kept a smile on her face and did her task like a boss. This is the exact employee who is needed at so many jobs. I hope she gets recognized for how awesome she is. Great job Brianna!
When the employee gave me my package 23 minutes later, she laughed in my face with a sarcastic attitude and before I was done talking, she turned her back on me and left then o went to talk with store manager and explained everything abaut her

We have frequented this location often. Tonight we had Rachel M as our waitress, wow! She was awesome, so responsive that we NEVER had to ask for one thing. She just really hit it off the charts in reading the customer's needs. We were blown away at her outstanding service. The food was very good and hot. We were there to celebrate a remembrance of a special day and we were not disappointed. Thanks, hang on to Rachel M., she is the best we ever experienced anywhere.

We had not been to Applebee's in a long timeSo we gave it a try, Coming in wasn't the cleanse floors & rugs 1?The mashed potatoes were not cooked all the way & they were cold . The 3 cheese pasta with chicken strips was so bad!!! & cold and still had to pay for this meal . We had order some else that taste better and pay for that. I know that some people try to get free food. But we trying to have a good meal and night out .But the $17 something I paid waste of my money. Brianna A our waitresswas nice acting to us. They need the manger walking around ask how is everything. Like in the old days. If you just want chicken strips this the place for you . If not don't stop here. 4040 Virginia Beach,VA
Waitstaff was pleasant. I was served at the bar. The meal came with a generous serving of rice, crisp chip-strips, charred chicken and salad greens! I was just about to try out that big dollop of guacamole when a customer at the end of the bar began blowing his nose! I don't think that was his first time, but the background music must've drowned out any previous times! I realize people do what they're used to doing, but I was hoping he might've been politely asked to step to the men's room. I took my food "to go", but couldn't get past that "image", so I still have no idea what their guacamole tastes like!

I love appleBees but today was a little Different. I ordered a burban street chicken with extra mushrooms and onions like I always do. She came back with just extra shrimp. So I let her know and tried to make sure I wasn't gonna be charged the extra shrimp and she acknowledged it was her fault and charged for the extra $3.99 shrimp. She did nothing to fix the problem. I took my check and just paid the bill. It was frusterating to see a waitress with very little customer service. Brianna was really not educated. Maybe it was her first day but if you don't wanna lose a customer and you acknowledge fault, the extra charged should have been removed. Also I am sure others noticed, the establishment also had a strong urine smell. Get it together we have spent hundred and hundreds of dollars since the beginning of the year. Yall wanna keep me. Teach them better.

The food was delicious, the salmon is always cooked to perfection, and the mashed potatoes are delicious. But the strong odor of urine at the entrance is unacceptable and is concerning. This is a restaurant, for heaven's sake! Cleanliness should prevail!
