So much hype about this new cheese steak sandwich so I tried it. This was one big soggy mess! I don't live that far away for it to get that soggy. Not a whole lot of meat, just lots of juice (or was it gravy?), where was the cheese?? NEVER AGAIN! Ever since COVID fast food, in general, has gone way downhill. Employees take no pride in their work yet demand more money.

Was excited they brought back the fish. I really miss my beef n cheddar but I was waitin for the fish to come back too. Usually they are faster than most fast food places too. Food has always been excellent everytime. May cost a bit more but we'll worth it.

I was the only person whatsoever at this place 8:20-8:41, I ordered one sandwich. I got total attitude from the drive thru attendant, and had to wait forever for one single sandwich. The drive thru attendant brought my sandwich to me like he was dying to be there. I said thank you and he grunted in return.

Never has food available, always a 10 min wait for food in drive thru. Workers couldn't care less about the service. When you finally get the food, poorly prepared. This is by far the worst Arby's that exists. Do better
