I want the entire street of General Booth to stop what you are doing and run to this Arby’s . I have never been a fan of Arby’s but my friend is . Do we swing my and are met by Shelby and let me tell you this young lady has the smile that turned my mood around . It shows she enjoys being helpful to others all while smiling. We never know how or when just a kind gesture will impact someone’s day !!!

So much hype about this new cheese steak sandwich so I tried it. This was one big soggy mess! I don't live that far away for it to get that soggy. Not a whole lot of meat, just lots of juice (or was it gravy?), where was the cheese?? NEVER AGAIN! Ever since COVID fast food, in general, has gone way downhill. Employees take no pride in their work yet demand more money.

Can’t tell you how the food was cause every time I come there’s always a massive wait, even though nobody is here. Not sure what they’re doing, but it sure isn’t ‘fast food’ here.
This location was extremely understaffed for a Monday afternoon. The staff that was present was clearly trying their best to hold it down. This is a clear management/scheduling issue that needs to be remedied.

Was excited they brought back the fish. I really miss my beef n cheddar but I was waitin for the fish to come back too. Usually they are faster than most fast food places too. Food has always been excellent everytime. May cost a bit more but we'll worth it.
