It seems DoorDash is taking priority over actual customers in the store these days. Finding that I’m sitting in the drive-through waiting because they say and I quote they have a lot of DoorDash coming in at once so we’re sorry we can’t help you right this second if you don’t mind waiting. Sure, I’ll just go somewhere else. I love the food at Arby’s, but it seems the only location these days that is fast as the Virginia Beach Blvd. old school sign Arby’s right across from Walmart. Everybody’s seen this 1 million times I’m sure it’s got the really old sign that Arby’s used to have. They’ve always been consistent. Maybe some of these newer Arby’s locations should learn how to do it from the old school Arby’s.

I feel sad writing this review, but I need someone at Arby’s to please read this. I haven't ordered from Arby’s in awhile, and Ive always been a big fan of the value sliders, they always tasted good, and honestly still do. However, it is complete false advertising with still calling these sliders at this point, with how small you’ve made them, you need to be honest with your customers and call them “bites”. Someone like myself may not realize that they'll meed to order 4-5 of these to equal what one slider used to be. Im really surprised Arby’s hasn't been sued for false advertising with these, it’s just crazy. Oh and they're more expensive then ever, so all around just a bad idea. No point in fast food when I can get a 3 course meal from Chilli’s for less!

We mentioned our burgers were raw but they said it was their type of meat, rebuking our claims. I took photos of it..brought my kids here and if we get sick, we know why.

SUPER SLOW. Took forever just to get 3 sandwiches, had to GO BACK for the 3rd! Evwry time I've been there, it's always incredibly slow service... the employees are nice...
They need to shut down all Arby’s all the staff are lazy and definitely shouldn’t be working in customer service,everyone has attitudes when you ask for fresh food but they would want their food fresh and not cold and nothing that’s been sitting around and when I say all Arby’s in Tidewater are trash trust me!

Placed an order thru drive thru, when employee gave me my receipt I advised him that I order a no. 2 medium, he said a classic right. There was a long wait n when I rvcd my order, it was wrong. I went inside n told Malick that he gave me the wrong sandwich n he began to argue w/me n telling me I didnt order right n he gave me a sandwich I didnt have to pay more $$ to get. I told him I didn't care if J had to pay mor, it wasnt what I ordered, he called me STUPID. So I told him I wanted a complete refund as he continued to tell me I needed know how to order right. I ordered a no. 2 MEDIUM not a reg. A Ms Crystal intervened as customers watch Malick display aggressive behavior. I got my refund n she apologized. I will never visit Arbys, Silverleaf Dr again n wud suggest nyone who does to think twice. Horrible experienced, Ive never been treated n like that. Quite disturbing.

The order did not get entered at the menu board. When we pulled up the young lady tried to recite the order from memory. In my confusion I didn't realize she had a few things wrong. Some were no big deal some were deal breakers, french fries were curly vs crinkle, wrong soda although repeated that several times, cherry vs apple turn over. Sandwiches were either cold or soggy. After many years as the closest fast food sadly this is probably the last visit...and the icing on the cake the bill was $32 for 2 value meals, a turn over and shake. Way too much for a messed up order. On the bright side the employees were friendly.

This is my third time ordering from this location. I wanted to wait to write a review to see if things would changed. Unfortunately it has not. My first time,l visiting the food was fresh and hot. The last couple of time, my food was old. Very very oId. Ordered a 2 for 6 chicken sandwiches with a medium curly frie. Everything was old both times I went. I also stated that I didn't want tomatoes. Which tomatoes was placed on the sandwich. This location is very slow. But I do know that Arbys food is supposed to be cook to order. It was not. I will not be returning. But I can say that the staff was very nice all 3 times I visited. Keep up the great work. Order taker was Donyae. He asked if I wanted tomatoes on my sandwiches, he beat me to it. I said no but he didn't ring up no tomatoes. I noticed that once I got home. He was nice and professional. I honestly dont care to much about the tomatoes, easy take off. It was the freshness and AND QUALITY which made it poor. You got the MEATS but it ain't fresh!
