At least the food was edible this time. My previous experience with an Arby’s I ended up with raw/undercooked protein on my sandwich. This time I stayed away from everything and just ordered a beef and cheddar combo for my self and a classic for my wife. Fries were warm at best, sandwiches warm. Soda with my combo was flat. Arby’s used to be a fun quick treat growing up in the late 90’s early 00’s now every time I order I expect low quality overpaying bag of dissatisfaction. Arby’s needs to bring the quality and potato cakes back.

Crystal is very unprofessional with staff in the back- for someone training to be a closing manager, constantly touching staff members, calling others youngin, sir, and ma'am and what not i can understand, but calling a married man babe/baby/hun and touching his hips? Doesn't seem very professional, in my opinion and I'm a general manager. Let's keep hands to ourselves in a kitchen.... Let's hope this review gets viewed and stuff doesn't have to be escalated, because honestly I shouldn't have my partner coming home telling me he's being touched by an older woman in any sort of way.Never in a store should any employee be touched around the hip area on the clock. Uncalled for and unprofessional, very uncomfortable with this situation.... Nor should staff be touching other staff at all...I can understand moving in a small space,but that's not what's being told to Me..please get staff under control when other employees are there just trying to do their job...

I used to work at this Arby’s a long time ago. I haven’t been inside since the interior renovations but it looks great. The food was great and the young woman that took our order was great. What was horrible was the older woman (I’m guessing shift manager) (this was Saturday at 1130-12). The younger woman seemed new and it was apparent English was not her first language, but she had great manners when taking our order. While sitting in the lobby eating, I heard the older woman correcting the younger woman on how many items go in a bag. Correcting her would be fine, but the manner in which she did so was ridiculous. She raised her voice and said “come here” at least ten times while she pointed at a chart. She talked down to the younger woman in a tone that was similar to speaking to a child, as well as slightly mocking her. Fix your manager before she runs off all your new hires.

I love this Arby's !!! It is always clean and the employees are friendly and welcoming. My order has always been correct. The food is hot and fresh. It's definitely worth stopping for if you're in the mood for Arby's. It's without a doubt the best one in Hampton Roads.
