If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I tried getting food from here 3 different times this year unsuccessfully. 1st time they took my drive thru order and started working on the parking lot so you couldn’t access the drive thru so had to cancel my order. 2nd time months later the lady says she can’t take orders because her staff didn’t show up. This final time today I placed an online order to pick up in the drive thru, they have me pull up, 20 minutes go by not a word from anyone. I go in and they are still taking orders but tell the blade is broken so that can’t shave the meat, didn’t know how much longer it would be to fix it. Couldn’t send anyone out to tell me this so I could just cancel and be on my way. This store shouldn’t be open if it can’t be managed properly. I won’t ever return to this location.

Food okay as usual. When I visited last the time was during lunch. An old grumpy lady was nasty about alternatives to curly fries. The evening staff seemed more legitimate. BUT TWO BIG TURN-OFFS: (1) the overhead music and its lyrics were vulgar and the volume was very loud. The music broadcast is for customer benefit for ambience, not entertainment for associates; (2) two associates (I noticed them previously behind the inside counter) were in the back parking lot up to some mischief in one of their cars. Looks awkward.
