This is the absolute worst Arby's in the beach area. My wife wanted Arby's for dinner, this is the only reason I went. For a constant 20 or so years THIS LOCATION has continued to get my order wrong. WRONG ,WRONG & WRONG. Wrong WRONG WRONG. I'll not visit this location at Town Center ever again. Food cold and they just never pay attention and ALWAYS FORGET SOMETHING IN MY TOGO BAG.

I don’t know what happened at this location between a month ago and now, but I went there tonight to get a meal. They told me to pull over and park that that’s how they do the drive-through they make them all park instead of just waiting at the window to get their food nobody else was waiting. It was just me there. Then I’m sitting there 20 minutes later watching them inside girl from the drive-through cleaning the floors I walk in I’m like are you gonna get my meal and they told me what meal they totally forgot to get my meal! That girl working in the drive-through is terrible! So by her telling me to go away, they all forgot my meal sat in the window got cold. The guy was nice about it and gave me a coupon but man, what is going on here? It went from like fast and excellent service too. I don’t even know what’s going on here now it’s crazy man. I don’t know if I’ll be back here.

Arby’s is one of the worst fast food chains in this area. There always some sort of inconvenience for me a paying customer every time I visit one of their restaurants. Food was cold, sloppy(who changes the fryer oil), and I had to return a second time because it was incorrect. Service is slow even if I place an online order it is slow. Drive thru is always slow, employees are rude sometimes.

The inside looks terrible, the tables were sticky, and everything just looks dirty. I haven’t had Arby’s in many years, so I was excited for Arby’s. But I was somewhat disappointed. It wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t what I remembered. The potato cakes and the French fries were very good. The regular Roast Beef sandwiches were just meh.
Parking: The staff was doing the best they could and were very nice. My complaints were with the quality of the sandwiches.

This place has gotta be the slowest Arby's in all of Virginia. 99.99% of the time that you place your order in the drive thru, you're asked to pull over and park to have it brought out to you. And you're gonna be parked for at least 10-15 minutes.

I wouldn’t come back here for awhile I received a roast beef sandwich today and the beef was under cooked and could of killed me and sued them so make sure u check your sandwiches before you eat them and if there pink call coustmer service and find another Arby’s to go too was in shock about this when I never hade this experience before in the past 😔
