Never been so upset with a fast food restaurant!!! The sandwiches already dry! To order $19 worth of while you working it comes with not 1 napkin, condiments nothingggggg after selecting every comment they have sandwich so dry i can’t even eat it

Customer service is absolutely Atrocious,we arrived at 5:30 we ordered 2 beef and cheddar sandwichs, 2 orders of steak bites and a chicken tender meal. There was someone working the register, 1 at the drive thru and the manager plating food, the cashier waited 15 minutes to tell us they were out of beef because nobody cooked any, and said we could substitute the sandwich for another one another 5 minutes goes by and they come out and say well the chicken tenders are going to be another 20 minute wait. At this point we ask for a refund because we had to leave and didn't have time to wait as more customers came in the manger with her attitude told us we had to wait even longer to get our refund, we told them we would dispute the charge with the bank because the customer service was subpar and we wouldn't be waiting another minute for somewhere that is supposed to make sandwiches to have them run out because they forgot to put beef in and have it cooked and to let us know that we had to wait in all over 40 minutes if we wanted our food or a refund it is totally unacceptable My family will not be going back to any Arby's at this moment because over the last couple of months every Arby's we have gone to have been horrible when it comes to customer service I don't know why I bother even showing up to order food if they're never going to get your order right or even be ready to make your order it is pointless and a waste of time

The manager really needs to get ride of her attitude she was seriously taking her sweet time just standing while we needed a refund and had a attitude bc we couldn't wait any longer on food. Everyone else was fine but the manager was rude

I keep going here so I guess it's my own fault. I keep thinking this time will be different, but it isn't. Its just very close to where I live and work. Two straight times it took over 20 minutes from the time on my receipt that I placed the order until I got my food and I was the only dine in customer in the store. Another time I was bringing home dinner to my family, again well over 15 minutes. I had 3 drinks and 2 bags to carry out and had to ask for a drink carrier. I feel it should have been obvious I needed one. Decided to check the bag and we got mozzarella sticks but no sauce, again I had to ask for something that should be obvious.
Ive had a coupon for a $9 burger and shake meal that expires in 5 days. 3 times now ive gone in and tried to use it but they were out of burgers. I asked tonight if I could get another meal and just pay the $9 because apparently they never have burgers. I was told they couldnt do that. I know it's my fault, I keep going back. I just keep thinking at some point it will get better, but this place is awful. Like I said, I work close by. Everybody I work with that goes there on their lunch break seems to come back disappointed with something.

Been here for 7 mins and I've made contact with 4 employees. It wasn't until I waved at one that they acknowledged me. Terrible.
The hours online say they open at 10 am, but on several occasions the doors are locked and the drive thru was silent. Please post your hours on the door and keep to the advertised schedule

I've been coming here for over 5 years and the past 2 have been horrible all around. I'm not coming back again, but be warned you will wait a long time for service and will be lucky to even get waited on. Especially drive thru service. You're better off going to another Arby's. This store used to be great even when under-staffed. Trust me, you'll be disappointed. Go somewhere else.
