The hours online say they open at 10 am, but on several occasions the doors are locked and the drive thru was silent. Please post your hours on the door and keep to the advertised schedule

I've been coming here for over 5 years and the past 2 have been horrible all around. I'm not coming back again, but be warned you will wait a long time for service and will be lucky to even get waited on. Especially drive thru service. You're better off going to another Arby's. This store used to be great even when under-staffed. Trust me, you'll be disappointed. Go somewhere else.

My girlfriend and daughter were in this location they waited ten minutes up front Inside. nobody waited on them didn't even acknowledge they was there. until they was walking out the door then they said whatever as we walked out the door

MY HUSBAND Went to this Arby's between 1pm and 2pm today. One worker was outside, one worker was in the lobbybon the cell phone. The worker behind the counter took his order then slowly went to make his order. Then another worker came in with headphones on and went to the back. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. TAKE A HIMT FROM CHIC FIL A.

Just wow on the service or lack there of. Walked in and no body behind the reg, two customers only do not busy. Ooops wait those weren’t customers they were staff. One on his phone the other female in the corner ( tv?). Finally the overweight guy saunters up and goes behind the counter. I smile, he doesn’t. No greeting :(, I order. He walks back to his table in the dining room. My French dip automatically put in bag to go. Well I wanted to eat here so? I read a bunch of bad reviews, it is obvious the owner doesn’t give a rat’s ass. All they respond with is to fill out this form. Ok, here you go. I have to say I did feel like I was in a skit on SNL, wow!

Disappointed. I visited this location on 8/4/2024 for dinner. The drive-thru either didn’t work or no one answered. I walked inside and a gentleman was sweeping the dining room floor. When he came to the register, never once greeted me. Really felt like I was bothering him. Got my food to go. Never thank you or have a great day. Couldn’t believe the customer service. Attempted this location again on 8/18/24. Sign in drive-thru said need to visit inside. It was 11:21am and door was locked. Hours posted stated they opened at 11am? No clue what is going on with this location. Wondering about the positive reviews, as have yet to have a positive experience!
