Went to this location today for lunch (4/7/2024). The lobby was closed, and the drive through had a sign saying "Short staffed, still open". The girl taking orders, running the window, working front, and doing a bunch of other things was one of two employees there. Let me be clear, she was excellent and the food was delicious. But she was clearly also stressed by being half the staff. The wait was long, but how is it ok to run with only two employees?

They were out of several items, most notably the items mentioned in the national ad campaign.I question the management that as a franchise is paying for part of the ad campaign, and fails to stock up for it.
Why would an associate serve this tiny piece of fish at the drive thru, and consider this a 5 piece, until today this was my favorite fast food restaurant.
Sandwich was the pnly good part of the meal. Was given Diet Coke instead of regular Coke and fries tasted like old oil.

My husband and I just visited this location for the first time in years. We were greeted immediately by Elise with a contagious smile and asked how we were doing today when we walked in. She was very pleasant. Sometimes it’s hard to come across this type of hospitality when ordering at a fast food restaurant. I would like to say the employees all seemed to be in a positive mood and demonstrated teamwork. We will be visiting this location again :) Great Food and Great Service!!! A++++++

The manager was running hard the entire time I was there. It looked like she was in two or three different places at the same time. But, she was polite, happy and helpful just the kind of thing you're looking for when you're going for fast food.
