Hilltop Arby's - Ordered 2 sandwiches after being left at the order speaker for 15 minutes. We were asked to wait and the person never came back until we asked hello. Asked for sweet tea and told there was none of that or unsweetened tea. Asked to pull forward and wait. Order was still not out after almost 20 minutes. Had to go inside for the order and it was left sitting on the counter until it was cold. Only 2 people working and absolutely the worst service we have ever experienced. They both looked like they were completely out of it and on drugs. No manager to be found. For a $28.00 order, this was appalling! Ive always been a fan but this was not what I have ever experienced!

I have to say that the food was great. But everything else needs work. Went through the drive thru and waited almost 10 minutes for someone to take our order. They were not even busy. We had to repeat the order 3 times because the person taking the order seemed to be zoning out. When we got to the window the person looked like he was stoned out of his mind. He was moving so slow and acting like he didn't know what he was doing. Arby's used to be a great place to eat but this place has gone downhill. No straws for our drinks, no condiments and no salt on the fries.

BE CAREFUL!!! I understand that it’s fast food and at times the staff can be overwhelmed, which leaves room for error. Not in this case. They weren’t busy and this was a little after 12. The lobby only had about 6 people dining in, with no line. I got home, unwrapped my sandwich and I noticed a little piece of foil. Ok cool, I understand mistakes happen. I then open my sandwich to make sure that all of the foil was gone..IT WAS MORE! Small fragments of foil scattered throughout the whole sandwich. I’m sure this could’ve been a lawsuit somehow. Just be safe and check your food people.

So my meal was $15 and it was all burnt! And I believe it was a manager handling my order. He was wearing gloves with food on them and handling money. I've tried this place twice. Won't be back for a third.

I walked in with some coworkers this afternoon, a very kind woman was working the counter. I got up to the counter and an old, wrinkly, sour man named chuck came around the counter and spoke to the front counter lady with such disrespect and ignorance. If I wasn’t in a company shirt I would’ve put my hands on Chuck, if you can’t keep up with the speed maybe you shouldn’t be working at a fast food place, next time plan your life a little better and you won’t end up as a sour old man wasting your days away at an Arby’s. I hope someone notices my review, especially Chuck so he can take his life choices into consideration and realize how close he was to a physical altercation.

Pros: Fries were hot and fresh.Cons: the gentleman taking our order kept talking over us at the speaker. We ordered a classic roast beef meal large sized with a sweet tea, a small sweet tea and a small crinkle fry. He tried multiple times to give us one drink and order of fries because he wasn't listening.Finally got window he tried to give us a large coke we had to correct him.Small crinkle fries was a small curly fry instead.Roast beef sandwich tasted stale and bread was burnt.
