Basically designed to milk the hotel customers for all their money.Service was extremely poor, I spent a week in the hotel next to it and I didn't get noticed after 15 minutes on average. The breakfast meals are extremely basic and very overpriced.Extremely understaffed.Don't recommend you pay for the food nor pay extra for the rooms that give you the coupon, because the coupon barely covers the total cost of the meal. The orange juice in my photo was $3.50 and it came half full like that.

I was hoping it would've been so much more. It took us at least 20 mins to get seated by anyone, and then we weren't even given menus to look at. We ended up finding some menus on a nearby table. The prices were outrageous. It would've been close to 80-90 dollars for the food that we were going to get the food we ordered (there were 3 of us). After another 10 minutes, we finally had our order taken. We sat and waited for an hour and never even got our appetizer. They said they were busy when they seated us, but it seemed like there were way too few people in there for it to be busy enough to take an hour to make and serve fried pickles.

Got there and had to wait for a while. They sat us and said they were busy but there was just a little bit of people in there. the waitress came and asked for what drinks we wanted. she gave us our drinks and asked for what we wanted to eat. After that we waited an hour and still didn't get our food. Not going back?

**Honest Review ***I found this place on TikTok so i was expecting the hype that TikTok showed . I arrived at 7pm with a family of 3 surprisingly no one else was there customer wise , just the people i arrived with. when walking into the restaurant it’s beautiful we’ll put together the problem was no one greeted us .we stood there until someone noticed.. my family and i we’re understanding because it was slow but i’d say the first impression wasn’t good. the good part was our waitress wasn’t that bad it gave i’m ready to go home lol she didn’t engage with us until it was time to pay almost like it snapped in her head let me get my last tips for the night . but overall the food was good wasn’t like a “omg we should eat at ashleys” The menu makes you feel like your in the hospital ordering ?‍?. (by the way if you have toddlers or younger kids they don’t have kids cups! they give you a coffee cup.. A for effort)

Maybe don’t advertise in multiple places across your attached hotel’s lobby during a convention that you’re open when you are, in fact, absolutely closed on a Saturday morning.

Do. Not. Get. The. Ribs. When I tell you I couldn’t even cut them apart with a knife. The bbq sauce was good. However they needed cooked for about 4-6 more hours. The waitress was very kind and wasn’t at all her fault and thankfully she did take take them off the bill.

While staying at the Holiday Inn, we decided to try out the onsite restaurant Ashley's, but wish that we would have went out to eat elsewhere. While the service again was great, the food left much to be desired. It took a long time, approximately an hour to get our food. My husband and I ordered burgers, they were dry and tough, you can tell they were not hand patted but frozen. The iced water and fries was the best thing about our meal. For the prices charged, the food definitely needs improvement.

Our first clue it was not good was that at 7:30 the busy hotel had no one in the restaurant for breakfast. My chicken & waffles was ok, my fiance's breakfast skillet tasted like one of those ready to eat Jimmy Deen breakfast things. For an order of Chicken & Waffles, a breakfast skillet, a side of pancakes, coffee, and a coke our bill was $60.00 (yes, six-zero) before the tip. When the server asked if things were not good seeing my fiance did not even eat a quarter of his meal, and we told her, there was no offer of a discount, nor did a chef, kitchen manager, or manager even come out and apologize...could care less about a discount, but at least an apology would have gone a LONG way.

Most of this review is for the great start that worked in the Bistro! The men and women were very nice, but the food was not good and was either bland or stale.

Terrible, terrible service. Waiting right now for entrees that were ordered over an hour ago. There's another table here right now who have been waiting 90 minutes (they only just now got their food). Wait staff are inattentive and there's not that many people here. Won't return.
