This is my go to restaurant in Virginia Beach. Today they helped us celebrate our sons 23 rd birthday. They also did the same last year. We are always welcomed as family. I'm very grateful!!!!
In all fairness, we didn't eat here, only had it on a stop for libations as we trolled the Boardwalk and Atlantic Street for pubs and breweries. Was not busy in the middle of the day before the holiday weekend and in-between meal times. The bartender was personable and offered great info about the area. He also invited us back to try their menu, citing they had the best food in the area. Unfortunately, although we sure wanted to, we never made it back to take him up on that...

We got so lucky!
The owner greeted us and took extremely good care of our family. The oysters were fresh, the oyster shooter was unique and had a nice kick to it, and the fish filets the kids got were next level good, perfectly breaded and fried. They have O Connors IPA on draft and Modelo.
