The Oreo pretzel nuggets are amazing they taste perfect and has just enough Oreo to know it's there and just enough pretzels and sauce to taste it is a great place

Was hoping to give zero stars, auntie annies SUCKS! Nothing but kids working these stands that have old pretzels sitting there ALL DAY. Theyre never fresh and always get an attitude when you request a fresh one. To hell with auntie annies!

I love these sweet hot delicious pretzels ? ❣️I usually order the twist cinnamon sugar or twist raisin pretzels. Sometimes I order the cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets. The lemonade mixers are refreshing. Auntie Anne’s is located in Lynnhaven Mall near Macy’s. This location is popular and very busy, long lines but worth the wait.

The only people who give this place one star are either very impatient or have no idea what it’s like working food service.This location is very nice, their pretzels taste better than any other location I’ve been to and the staff are very efficient and friendly.One time I didn’t have enough to cover the cost and the nice older Asian woman covered it for me I was so touched! Next time I see her I’m giving her a giant tip like most people in food service deserve! It’s not an easy job and there’s only one register so expect a bit of a wait because it’s worth it

A bit unprofessional. 4 employees working, 15 people in line and only 1 working register. Talking loudly about how they want to clean up early so that they don't have to do much at 715 to close by 8, it was only 630. Nobody wearing gloves or hair nets. The kid didn't have a belt on so he kept pulling up his pants and touching the pretzels.

Staff has difficulty using the cash register. Sauce is extra. Long lines. Rude employees. Avoid.

Every time we go there in the morning , there’s nothing ready. We see the employees making the dough. This has happened several times. Unprepared and poor business practice. I see the employees arrive there by 10:00 am. I’m not sure why nothing is cooked and ready in the window display by 11.

Went there on August 27th to get birthday pretzel and another item. Told cashier three times what I wanted while she overtalked me. She got the order wrong and acted as if it was my fault. Very rude demeanor, didn't wanna answer questions I asked, said I don't know to everything. Why are you working here and don't know your product or store details. Not happy with treatment I recieved.
