Back Bay Gourmet Catering provided catering services for 200 guests, featuring charcuterie tables and served appetizers for the Ribbon Cutting at Regulus Global’s new headquarters. The quality of the food not only met but exceeded expectations. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and were exceptionally courteous throughout the event. Have been here dozens of times, food is wonderful, never had anything we didn’t like. Service is great. Highly recommend. They have a wide selection for everyone to enjoy, even kiddos. Always clean, have great pastries, gift shop, etc. definitely a place to enjoy if you are on vacation or a local. They even have meals you can purchase and take home, which is nice when you don’t feel like cooking… It’s our Date Day place for me and my hubby. Highly recommend!

Food was good as always. Love the atmosphere. Our server, Jenna, was nice but not attentive. Saw her about 10m after sitting down, when she took our order. She checked in after food eventually delivered a while later (2 med rare burgers w/fries). She then showed up, at the end, to ask if we needed anything else which we were ready to pay. Early on, I was out of water for a while. Boyfriend gave me his. The guy who eventually delivered our food came back to fill the water glass. I noticed our server hanging out at the register with the other employees for a bit.
Im unsure why it takes almost 30m to get 2 med rare burgers & fries. In the interim, keeping drinks filled/checking in would be appreciated.
Usually, our experience here is much MUCH better....even when it's busy at night. YMMY. We'll be coming back but hoping for a diff server next time.

Love the food, ambiance and people at Back Bay. Not the biggest menu but the crab cakes and hot honey brussel sprouts are to die for. Whether we are at the bar or a table we try to get Shaun as our server. He is always so attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about all the food and drinks available and always anticipates our needs or questions. He really makes us feel like we are welcomed, comfortable, and valued. I can't say that about many servers/restaurants in our area. Want a nice meal with a pleasant atmosphere try Back Bay and don't forget to ask for Shaun.
