Love the food, ambiance and people at Back Bay. Not the biggest menu but the crab cakes and hot honey brussel sprouts are to die for. Whether we are at the bar or a table we try to get Shaun as our server. He is always so attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about all the food and drinks available and always anticipates our needs or questions. He really makes us feel like we are welcomed, comfortable, and valued. I can't say that about many servers/restaurants in our area. Want a nice meal with a pleasant atmosphere try Back Bay and don't forget to ask for Shaun.

Lunch was fine, but the bakery items were not good at all. The cupcakes were dry and the cookie was as well. Plus, they charge way too much for their goodies. Mom loved their potato salad.

The ambiance was nice and the server was friendly but the food was blah except for the kettle chips. My daughter recommended the place so we gave it a whirl. We ordered the sausage and shrimp pasta and it said it had a kick. Awesome I love spicy pasta. I even told her the spicier the better. It was tasteless. We also had the Margherita pizza which was undercooked. Very soggy. I had a very nasty flat cider so I ordered another drink. I couldn't get two sips down it was so nasty. For 110.00 I think I would have eaten fast food which I hardly ever eat. I will not be back.

I stopped in for a carry out lunch today and was very impressed with my experience. The host was so sweet; he showed me their selection of to-go foods and showed me where to go to place my takeout order. The boutique had an adorable selection of gifts to browse while waiting for my food. I chose the fried green tomato BLT, which came accompanied by chips made in-house, as well as a pickle spear. My order came out swiftly, was neatly packaged, and of course tasted DELICIOUS. I canāt wait to bring the family back to dine in!

This place has been a staple in my heart since they opened in 2008! I was in high school back then, found it a regular hot spot even then. Later in my twenties, after waking from surgery, I learned I would be demanding* food from here! I moved away about five years and the FIRST place I HAD to come back to was here. It did NOT disappoint, and now I stop by regularly and to see my absolute hate server and bartender:Shaun. He will nail any and every drink, cocktail, etc. AND has the best recommendations every time I come! I look for him immediately every time I come and sit at the bar. He immediately makes my day better! I will come here for the rest of my life and honestly never get bored! Ps- itās also where I do majority of my Christmas shopping within the boutique
