Back Bay's Farmhouse

They do music bingo wednesdays and now tobight they are doing music trivia. This was the spot to go for trivia. Finding a new spot now. They could have done any other themed trivia but why hold the same thing two days in a row.

I love everything about this place except there are kids running around EVERYWHERE. I was there Saturday and it was impossible to sit anywhere without kids screaming & running around like it’s a playground. Inside, outside, upstairs, downstairs. Blowing bubbles to the point I left because no one was watching their kids’ bubbles hitting everyone. This is definitely the place to be if you don’t mind kids running amuck but it’s not for me. I’d love to see them have an adults only event.

We were in from Pennsylvania for a girls trip and went looking through the local VA tourist/advertisement books that are located all over the Beach area. We came across this little gems ad and looked it up. To our surprise, they were releasing a Golden Girls beer while we were in town- that's all it took! I almost had randomly packed on of my Golden Girls tees for the trip but didn't at the last minute- ha!

The Golden Girl beer was very tasty! We had dinner from the food trucks. My daughter and I had the mac n cheese with brisket from the Cups Up food truck and it was so good! The gentleman from the food truck was actually making the cheese sauce as the orders came in, so it was FRESH!!! Our friends had Paninis and they were please with their meals as well.

There was a small outdoor market going on for the Golden Girls evening as well.

The farmhouse, and the couple photo ops are lovely!

My only complaint would have been the line to get your alcoholic beverages. At times it was long and only one person was behind the counter serving. Maybe the 2nd room on the first floor could be a back up to add another serving area? Or a second outdoor area could be added outside for events?

All and all it was a great mom & daughter experience.

Quaint with a lot of eclectic seating, some indoors, a ton outdoors. Great adult gathering place.

Love this place. I've already made some great memories in the few weeks they've been opened and look forward to many more. Update: Years later, still loving our time at the Farm!

Great location and wonderful atmosphere. Great for all groups

Awesome place, great beer, and beautiful location. Very kid friendly. Usually has really good food trucks. So much space for groups of any size. You can also bring your own lawn chairs to set up in lots of good spaces.

Relaxing environment, good d times were had

It would be great except you have a reserved bathroom upstairs a nice day and one bathroom with hundreds of people to use because you didn’t unlock the porta potties.

Only thing they could do better is have a pretzel on the menu! Cozy vibes, awesome drinks, GENEROUS mimosa pours (so plan to be here a bit haha!), no notes!

Cool location. Good drink selection and food trucks. This place is fun for the family. Lot’s of space outside. Definitely recommend this place for something different and fun.

Great place to be with friends

I love having our WedConnect meeting here! There is always a great space that we can find to sit and chat and meet. The Chai Tea Latte is amazing! We also give a gift card from Back Bay to every special guest speaker. It just works so well for us and our group LOVES meeting here! As a Virginia Wedding Photographer, this place represents Virginia so perfectly.
