Baja Coffee Co is one of those places that just does it right. Great coffee, chill atmosphere, and really friendly people behind the counter. It’s easy to pop in for a quick cup or hang out for a bit without feeling rushed.

The coffee is consistently good (which matters), and the vibe is laid-back without trying too hard. Every time I’m in Virginia Beach, this is a go-to stop.

this is a cute little spot with great coffee and decent food. I didn’t have a good experience with the cashier as she was not too friendly (I said hello and she just stared at me, when I ordered my coffee she didn’t ask me if I wanted anything else, just stared.) I ordered a flavored ice coffee which was great as well as the baja breakfast burrito which was decent as well as a side of chips. The aforementioned cashier did not give me my chips when it was time for me to pick up my burrito and I was so stressed about interacting with her that I didn’t want to ask for the bag of chips for fear of feeling like I bothered her.

For the coffee, burrito & chips, I spent $23 + tip.

Wish I could say the 25 minute drive would be worth it to visit again, but there are coffee shops closer to where I live that are a little more warm.

there are only a few tables and they were fairly busy so i’d plan on getting there early to grab a table, especially if you’re part of a bigger group. There is ample parking.

Absolutely the best iced lattes I have ever had!

Not the cafe you are looking for. The latte was so bad that I threw it away and went to Starbucks. Servers were nice and so was the store.

I've had coffee brought to me and have had people tell me how great this little place was so I finally tried it. Walked in with my husband- Absolutely nobody greeted us. The girls at the front looked up and immediately looked away. Walked to counter and girl at register said Absolutely nothing. No hi. No how are you. No what can I get you? Nothing. We almost walked out because it was so unwelcoming. The place is absolutely adorable. My coffee was good but I have a hard time returning when you feel like you're an inconvenience to somebody's day.

I came here several months ago and coffee wasn’t the best but I like the outdoor seating, the cocktail that I had, the food was good, and the servers were friendly. Would like to come again

Me and my husband went just about every day on vacation in Sandbridge last week. The Caesar Chicken Wrap was my favorite and my husband liked the smoothie bowls. Will be a staple for us in VA beach!

The place is really cute and coming from NYC it definitely gave city vibe. Great space to hang out and take pics. Didn’t eat food and when I arrived it seemed like they were starting to wrap up. The OBX was really good and they had my favorite bevs Natalies OJ and Something & Nothing Yuzu premium seltzer. I would probably go back just to get those two last items bc I miss them from back home.

I’m on vacation and was looking for a coffee shop with some breakfast. I took a shot here and the coffee isn’t great and very watery. I did show up later than my pick up time but not by much and my coffee tasted black with no sugar. I had caramel and brown sugar in my coffee and couldn’t taste either. The bagel I ordered online as well to have toasted with cream cheese. The bagel is pretty much not toasted at all and barely any cream cheese is given. The bacon egg and cheese on a croissant was decent.

First time visitor discovering this cozy shop after my doctor’s appointment next door. My daughter and I each enjoyed a sandwich and drink for lunch. The staff was fantastic helping us navigate allergy-safe menu items. We settled on the BLT and Club sandwiches and a peach beverage. Everything was tasty, amply portioned, and quality ingredients. The entire place is beautifully appointed and feels calm and inviting. Will definitely treat myself again next time I’m in that area.

First coffee shop of our VA vacay. Cute, laid back atmosphere with plenty of seating. Staff was amazing, answering our questions and drinks were delicious…only downsize is their sipper lids are a little hard to drink out of
