I haven't been to Bakers Crust in along time, so my family and I decided to go. It took our server forever to get to our table I think she said her name was Brigtte. She blamed her lateness on cut times and how servers were switching sections. The least she could have done was offer us something for her being so late to our table. She was also rude and wasn't very welcoming. Overall, I would say my food was decent. I had asked for no bacon, I ordered the Asiago chicken, and it still had bacon in it. I didn't complain I ate it anyways. We ordered dessert and you could tell she had an attitude about us ordering dessert, like that's your job. With that being said I don't think I will be coming back to this location. Plus the transaction fee really made us not want to come back!

Not the same Bakers Crust of years ago. But what is?! Sad. Wont go back & if my group wants to, I'll not order.

This place used to be pretty good, but the food has gone way downhill and so has the service. Every time I go there to give it another chance I have a terrible experience.

Was very disappointed with my pizza. I spent $41 for 2 pizzas that didn’t have hardly and toppings. I ordered a pepperoni pizza,I had slices that didn’t have any pepperoni on the slice. I ordered the steak pizza and everything was put in the middle of pizza, so 2 bites and that was it for toppings. This was a carry out order and it was a hour b4 they closed, so I couldn’t call until the next day. The assistant manager ,said verbatim (thanks for letting us know). Definitely won’t return here. I also tipped even though I had a call in order

Everything was great, also very cost friendly. We had chicken and waffles and bakers breakfast was delicious.

Hands down some of the best gluten free food in Virginia Beach. In fact my family and I were so blown away by the quality of service and food we received during breakfast that we found ourselves back there the same day for dinner. Great service great quality food. ?

Williamsburg Bakers Crust can do so much better with customer service. Commitment to better service goes a long way! what happened?

This location should pride itself not only for its excellent food but especially for the service from its staff and general manager.

Baker's Crust Artisan Kitchen is a beloved spot here in Hampton Roads. With its chic bistro vibes, you step into a world of meticulously crafted dishes that not only look amazing but also taste absolutely delicious. It had been a while since my last visit to Baker's, so while I was in the area, I decided to swing by for lunch. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and promptly seated. I kicked off my meal with a cocktail and opted for the lavender thyme lemon drop--it packed a delightful punch! As a calamari aficionado, I couldn't resist ordering a plate. The batter was perfectly light and crispy, and the accompanying sweet chili sauce was a fantastic dip. Major, went for the pizza, which was massive. It was a hit with him--he polished off about three slices before I had to sneak a taste myself. For my main course, I opted for the smoky bacon burger stack, and boy, was I impressed! The beef was cooked to a juicy medium-well, the toppings were wonderfully fresh, and the smoky sauce paired beautifully with the crispy fried onions and tangy pickles. And let's not forget about the fries--crispy and lightly seasoned perfection! I'm not sure if I had forgotten just how fantastic Baker's Crust is, but after this meal, one thing's for sure--I'll definitely be back for more!

This was a NEW low for any restaurant I've EVER been to.. So I have always loved Bakers Crust and have been enchanted with it, and that standard hasn't changed since 2021 when I first tried BC at the chesapeake location... that is until today.I've left a review under different Google account/email before for this location with high mentions and praises because it deserved it. But today, I got a waitress who was less than pleased to be there. We were greeted unenthusiastically when we asked if we could be seated at a booth in the back. Honestly, I get having a tough day because I, too, am in customer service, and im human. But I never have let it come out in my service. She wasn't terribly rude, just lukewarm in her demeanor. (For reference, it was 10pm Taco Bell drive thru service effort), but I digress, and it was forgivable, even definitely tippable service...The main thing I'm getting at is, well, there was a LITERAL COCKROACH THAT SKITTERED ACROSS MY TABLE. When I flagged down our waitress and told her, as I was immediately ready to leave and throw up at the same time, she said"Oh, I'm so sorry. Ready to cash out then?" I can't believe we were still expected to pay. I'm still preturbed by the whole thing as I type this 10 hours later, and I wish I did more to stand up for what happened.. I'm let down altogether.. sorry, it's the truth.

We actually go here all the time. Especially for their burger night on Wednesdays. Their beef is all grass fed, and they grow their own vegetables. Thr food and service are both great.

Great service and food. Pricy for lunch. 2 salads with chicken and 1 tea 1 water $60. Food is locally sourced, but beef is imported. Waitress was SUPER nice. Gifted tomato soup and chips on our first visit. Nice surprise. Soup was very good!
