It lovely inside. Staff are very nice. I like their menu choices. We will go back to try them and hopefully to give a 5 star review. Neither of us were impressed with the food. We had choice of chicken or pork. We did not like the pork. It didn't taste right and neither of us felt right after eating. Next time we will get chicken. Sorry we just did not like the pork from here. We have had these dishes at other places and they were good but maybe they were just having an off day

The food is typically very good. Some lack of consistency at times. Standard price range for these restaurants right now. Masman Curry is always flavorful and served hot, however vegetables and protein are not always thoroughly cooked. Some dishes, like the Masman Curry could use more vegetables considering the amount of curry provided. I've been a customer for more than 15 years.

This is some of the best Thai I've had in a long time. I got sweet basil tofu with vegetables and my dad got chicken pad khing. They made a vegan Thai tea for me with coconut cream. The spices in the sauce were perfect and the serving size was normal, not enough to overeat. The food also came out very fast and our waitress was very attentive. I don't live nearby, but I might make an excuse to visit this place again.

We were craving Thai so we decided to come for lunch! It was pretty busy for lunch time but we were able to walk in and get a table for 10. Most of us ordered the Thai ice tea to start and when it came out, we were surprised at how huge it was. This was definitely a good deal! I couldn't even finish half, it was really good though. We then ordered our meals. I got the papaya salad & beef massaman curry and my husband got the combo pad Thai. We didn't realize that the lunch also came with a small side salad and an egg roll. Both of our dishes were very good. The papaya salad was fresh and seasoned perfectly. It did have a mild kick to it so it wasn't too spicy. We were so full from all that food but we couldn't leave without getting the mango sticky rice and we made the right choice by ordering it. The sticky rice with the mango slices had a nice balance of flavors and kept you wanting more and more. I could eat this dessert everyday!! Our waitress was super friendly and always checking up on us. All of the food was delicious too. This will definitely be our go to Thai restaurant!!

Bangkok Garden was great. We ordered to-go the Chicken Pad Thai, Green Curry, Soft Spring Rolls, Crab Fried Rice...I will say they messed up the chicken pad Thai and gave us chicken fried rice (which was good), but I didn't realize until I got home. Definitely recommend Bangkok Garden and will return!

First time trying Bangkok Garden, it was very good ! I ordered the veggie fried spring rolls (not pictured) they give you a good serving of those with a side of sauce for dipping .The chicken Thai wonton Soup very fresh and just right with flavor along with my main meal Shrimp fried rice. The presentation & serving they give is very generous & before your meal they give you a complimentary salad. I’ll be back to this location at Hilltop again! Thank you for great service and food.Parking: Hilltop has a big shopping center parking lot.

Lunch today at Bangkok Garden with my brother. Not crowded (about 1:00pm Thursday), seated immediately, no wait, chose my own seating. Staff was very friendly and professional. Ordered som tom Bangkok style, red curry with vegetables and tofu, and spicy eggplant. Lunch included a small salad with a tasty crispy spring roll. The Som Tom was one of the best I have tasted outside of Thailand. Very fragrant and flavorful, delicious. The red curry was also full of crispy veggies and a great fragrant flavor, also delicious. The spicy eggplant was one of best I have tasted. Specifically, the chef got a perfect char on the eggplant which really made the flavors pop and the eggplant soft. Absolutely delicious. I will return to try more flavors at Bangkok Garden while in Virginia Beach.Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options, entire section of menu devoted to vegetarian selections.Parking: Large parking lot in shopping center, plenty of spaces when I was there.
